“I’m so glad we found Maddy! She assured me that my precious old gal was fully integrated into their family throughout the stay. I very much look forward to using Maddy again.”

“If I could give more stars, I would. Judy was fantastic! She's the perfect sitter and is well versed in dog care - patient and loving. Our dog was treated like a princess with lots of personal attention and beautiful fenced backyard to run free. A doggie haven. Highly recommended. Thank you!”

“My pup had such a great time being boarded with Dylan, his partner, and their pup! I received lots of pics which I’m super grateful for. Would absolutely book with Dylan again in the future!”

About: I have spent my life as a pet owner and I like to treat everyone's animals the way I would like mine to be treated. I have, at one time or another, owned dogs, cats, birds, fish, turtles, rabbits, snakes, rats, goats, horses, and chickens and am comfortable caring for many more. I know this site is mostly limited to dog and cat care, but I'm happy to pet sit anything. I am happy to care for pets either in my home or in yours and I'm very flexible regarding my schedule. Every day I care for my own household animals, and I'm more than capable of taking care of plenty more. My animals include 3 dogs of varying sizes, two cats, a parrot, and an aquatic turtle. Though I have plenty of experience with other animals as well. I'm happy to either host animals in my home or venture to pets in their own homes. I believe that my job in caring for a person's pets is to adhere to their wishes for their pets. I want to follow the expectations set for any individual animal. I love to lavish animals with love and affection, but that isn't the right approach for every animal and I need to respect the wishes of their humans within the scope of safety.
“AJ my boxer was so tired from playing with Sabrina and her family all weekend she sent so many pictures and kept me updated everyday would 100% use her again!”

“Jonathan is a lifesaver! I really appreciate his flexibility and updates. His calming nature really helped Rocko feel comfortable. I would absolutely book again with Jonathan and Nova :)”

“Brandy and her family truly spoiled our pup while we were away. Zoey came back happy and well rested. It can be hard to wear her out with all that puppy energy, but they sure did a great job of it! We highly recommend them!”
“So happy we chose Teresa to watch our pug. I can tell she genuinely enjoys watching dogs and took great care of our pup. She was very kind, easy to communicate with, gave my dog lots of excersie and love, and sent us updates! Felt like my dog was on her own vacation there. Will definitely book again and recommended to others!”

“Julie took great care of my husky Cayde while I was away for 4 days. She would send daily pics of him and provide updates on how he is doing. I would book Julie again if ever I need to go out of town in the future.”

“Seemed to be very caring with our dog and stayed in touch with us. Baxter came home and seemed happy and ready to crawl into his favorite space and take a long nap.”

“Angie was exceptionally at taking care of my Gambit. She made sure to let me know that Gambit was been taking care of and having fun with her doggies by pictures and videos. She even accommodated us with more days due of my flight cancelation so I was very thankful and grateful with her. I would 100 percent recommend her.”

“We have a great pyrenees. Our dog is 112 lbs and very friendly. I was so happy to find Courtney. Courtney's place is very clean and quiet. She only takes one dog at a time so your baby gets all the attention. Courtney was very good at sending me pictures and videos since we have never left our dog at anyone's house before. She was very good at communicating every day as we were gone for a week. Thank you Courtney and we will be back to reserve you with Crystal again.”

About: I have experience cat sitting for both a young kitten and adult cats, so I understand that cats of different ages have different needs and personalities! Beyond feeding, I’m comfortable administering medications, cleaning litter boxes, playing with them, and making sure they get plenty of love and attention. I know some cats are more playful while others prefer their own space, so I always make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I love using pets as a way to relax and decompress after a long day while eing able to care for something else that has helped me so much throughout my life. I hope to include pet care throughout my day to give pets the best life that they deserve! I care for an animal based off the owners ad the pets needs, while also considering resources available to me. I am open to adapting and adjusting to whatever environment works the best for you and your pet.
About: I've raised 2 puppies who spent their whole life with me. I've adopted 1 rescue and 1 senior. They have had health issues (particularly the rescue and senior) so I'm familiar with some of the early and intermediate signs. We are now at a point in our lives where we want to still spend time with dogs, but we aren't looking for the 24/7 commitment. So we would like to host your furry baby for a night or a weekend and give him all the joy of a good friendship without the kennel experience of a dog hotel. We will be taking on pet care Friday thru Sunday. We may be able to support an emergency during the week, but since we both work full time, that would mean I would need to work from home for a day (which is pawsible with notice). However, it would not be our preferred schedule. We want to spend time with your dogs playing and relaxing - not just leaving them in an unfamiliar space while we are at the office. We are looking for day or overnight services on the weekends when we are free and planning to be home. We would expect you to bring enough food and medication to last their expected stay plus 1 day (in case of unforeseen circumstances). Then leave the rest to us. We will give regular bathroom breaks and play times (no yard), much love and pets and be vigilant about your recommended food/medicine. We do not look forward to creating your animal. So we expect at least one of us (husband or wife) to be home at all times and we expect your dog to be housebroken.
About: Experienced owner, foster, and sitter for dogs of all ages and needs. Ability to administer medication, go for walks and provide plenty of stimulation/play time. I am a self employed wedding photographer, with a very open weekday schedule. Most of my work days are on one weekend day a week, with a lot of flexible availability. I care for all pets with the love and care I give to my own. Our animals deserve intentional and safe interactions, exercise, and routine.
“Brittany & her husband Eric are phenomenal dog people. Brittany sent me photos and videos every day for 2 full weeks. They have a loving home of dogs. My dog Lila started going blind a year and a half ago. Brittany & Eric made sure she got down the porch steps to their magnificent one acre fenced yard where Lila galloped and played her heart out with several dogs. It was a harmonious excursion. It’s hard to be separated from your animal. And bearable when literally see how much fun your dog is doing. I hope they will take care of Lila every time I go on a trip. I loved that their living room was full of neat dog beds & baskets of toys. This remarkable couple, Eric & Brittany, clear understand dog behavior & know how to alleviate potential problems. I highly recommend them to dog owners seeking a secure place with lots of roaming space for their dogs to have abundant fun. Mara Thygeson”
About: Hi, nice to meet you! As a fellow pet parent to a 7 year old German Shepherd mix and an 11 year old cat, I know how much peace of mind it brings to find someone you can truly trust. I’m comfortable following detailed routines, administering medications, and giving every pet the time, space, and attention they deserve. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, so you can relax knowing your furry family members are in good hands!
“This was my first time using Rover and Helena and Chris made it the best experience possible. I had some concerns with leaving my high energy dog with someone else for a few days, but I felt immediately relieved after meeting Helena and Chris. They were super excited to spend time with my boy and made sure to spoil him with play and enrichment the whole time. Loved the pictures they sent, and will definitely be booking with them again in the future!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
