About: I've had pets in the home since age 1, and have been helping to take care of them since I could walk. I've always loved animals, and began volunteering at animal shelters, walking, bathing, and feeding shelter dogs beginning at age 5. I have worked in the field of veterinary medicine since 2023, and have a working knowledge of many medical and behavioral issues. I am comfortable caring for cats and dogs of any size, administering medications, walking reactive dogs, and more. I am also trained in canine CPR and first aid, in case of emergencies. I'm currently working from home, with the ability to bring my work on the road, so I have the flexibility to accommodate the needs of each individual fur family! I currently provide services in the client's home only. I will ask for a rundown of of your pet's daily feeding/walking/play schedule, and do my best to make your fur baby feel at ease while under my care with lots of playtime, cuddles and love; and maintaining their usual routine while you're away!

“We needed a last minute sitter for our pups and we are so lucky we found Abigail. She went above and beyond and even took a little photoshoot with our dogs in some wildflowers. Thank you Abigail!”

About: I currently work at the local veterinarian clinic, so I have the staff there as a resource in case I need them. I have a crazy passion for animals especially dogs! I was raised on a ranch and my grandpa was a horse trainer. I believe it runs in my blood and I’m looking for an opportunity to grow in the pup community! I love dogs and am constantly researching effective ways in training and improving the quality of life in our best friends! I would love nothing other than to work with these amazing animals for the rest of my life. Also making it easier for others to enjoy their lives with their companions as well. I have taught a few pups manners and basic tricks. I’ve also researched a lot of training regimens. I pay attention to detail and behavior and keep an eye on their daily activities with a caring and patient sensibility. I currently work 40 hours at the local veterinary clinic but I made sure to set my schedule to my days off so that I can provide as much time to your fur friend as possible. I’m also willing to be flexible on certain things, basically just message me and we can try to work something out! 😊 I have a fenced yard, access to crates and dog gates. Not to mention the access to the local clinic that I work at in case there are any emergencies. I have and am currently studying Canine body language and have a keen eye for anything that might pose as a threat to our loved ones.

About: Skilled in puppy training, senior dog care, and administering oral medication. I'd love to engage a playtime with dogs, get some regular exercise time together and provide a stress-free environment to ensure every pup feels safe and loved. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine, ensuring dogs get the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. Whether it’s morning walks, play sessions, or cuddle time, I prioritize their well-being. I tailor my schedule to fit each pet’s needs, from energetic puppies to senior dogs requiring extra care. I provide a safe, comfortable, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to play, rest, and feel at ease. I follow each pet’s routine closely, ensuring they receive regular walks, meals, and attention. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I maintain their familiar routine, keeping them comfortable and stress-free. Whether in my home or theirs, I offer personalized care, playtime, and companionship to keep pets happy and healthy.

About: Greeting, My name is Helen. I’ve recently completed my contract in the military. During my time in the service I spent time caring for my colleagues dogs (I do love cats, but I’m allergic) and found myself actually branching out to others when they needed someone to watch their babies. I grew up always having a dog in our family, and know how important they are as family members. Their unconditional love is something I’ve always cherished, and it would be my joy and honor to care for your fur babies whenever. My schedule is flexible, and I am available often. It’s really not a hardship spending time with loving pups. I do have experience with pets that have special needs. I look forward to hearing from you and your fur members.

About: I have a lot of love for animals. I am interested in dog walking or taking care of dogs/cats when you just need a little vacation to yourself or a busy day ahead! I have two years of experience with dog sitting. I have taken dogs on walks, stayed over night at the owner's home, fed them, play with them, and clean up after them when they have accidents. I have also taken dogs to vet appointments. I am not afraid of any type of dogs. They have this effect on me that makes me fall in love with them or feel better when I'm feeling down. I’m currently off of my main job as a special needs aide at a middle school as it is summer time! I have a lot of free time right now. I always want pets to feel safe and secure when they’re with me. I like using a soft voice with dogs, unless told to be more stern by the owners. I have experience with dogs that have been abused and are more timid, I usually sit on the floor with them until they trust me enough to come up to me.

We live in a safe quiet neighborhood close to trails and parks.

About: I have been caring for my own pets for seven years, as well as helping others with their pets. I have three very well behaved dogs of my own! I really enjoy going for walks so bringing a new friend would be awesome! I am a full time student at UCC, and work part time at planet fitness on the weekends. I am almost always available in the evening. I provide my pets with the food and water they need, bathe and groom them regularly, go on walks and to the dog park and they are maintained with their vaccinations. I love animals very much so I also give them lots of love!

About: I have been taking care of my friend's and family's pets for over 20 years. Oh my gosh! So many dogs and cats over the years, even a bird! I am committed to animal health and welfare. I am excited to bring my strong pet care history to folks that need extra help. Right now I am available Mondays and Tuesdays. I work Wednesday thru Sunday at a local boutique. I can do early walks and evenings, too. I am mainly looking for dog walking opportunities but I do have a fenced yard. I definitely would adhere to what the pet owner prefers. I do tend to be a cautious person, so a leash is the golden standard!

“Sabrina is exactly the type of dog walker we were looking for for our blind, anxious dog. She has experience training dogs, and therefore knows enough about dog behavior to keep our adorable little monster well behaved! She responds pretty quickly to messages and is able to work with our sometimes shifting schedule. She is also great about including pictures and thorough updates for each walk. Would highly recommend!!!”

About: Hello! My name is Samantha and I am 25 years old. I joined rover to earn some extra money while spending some time with furry (or non furry) friends. I have volunteered at local shelters and have watched the animals of my family and friends since I was about 10 years old. I treat each and every animal with the love, care, and respect that they deserve. I am very compassionate and take the time to tend to one’s animals as if they were my own. My rates are flexible depending on the animal(s), and the situation. I am able to flex my schedule around your needs! I work full time but I am able to work remotely if needed and can take breaks throughout the day if necessary. I often do not watch animals in my home due to my 6 fur babes. However, depending on the situation, and the animal, a short stay in my home may be an option. Hopefully I can be your next pet or house sitter. I have recommendations upon request. I am looking forward to speaking with you soon!!

“In a world where finding reliable pet care can often feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, we were fortunate to discover Mitzi. As we prepared for a long-awaited vacation, our minds were filled with excitement, but there was also a lingering concern about leaving our four furry companions behind. Who would care for them? Fortunately, our worries were quickly alleviated when we entrusted our dogs and home to Mitzi. From the moment Mitzi stepped through our front door, it was clear that she was more than just a pet sitter; she was a guardian of our beloved fur babies. Her warm demeanor and genuine affection for animals shone through, instantly putting both us and our dogs at ease. It was as if our dogs sensed her kind energy, welcoming her with wagging tails and eager barks. This was the first indication that we had made the right choice. Throughout our vacation, we received regular updates from Mitzi, each message brimming with details about our dogs’ activities and antics. She shared stories of playtime in the backyard, cozy snuggles on the couch, and even the occasional mischief that our dogs managed to get into. Her diligence in keeping us informed not only reassured us but also highlighted her commitment to ensuring that our pets felt loved and secure in our absence. Upon our return, the undeniable bond that had formed between Mitzi and our dogs was evident. They greeted her with unreserved enthusiasm, their joyful barks and playful leaps demonstrating their affection for her. It was heartwarming to witness how our dogs had embraced Mitzi, a true testament to her nurturing spirit and ability to connect with animals. The way they interacted with her spoke volumes; it was clear that they felt safe and cherished in her care. Mitzi’s reliability and dedication extended beyond simply feeding and walking our dogs. She took the time to engage with them, tailoring her approach to meet each dog's unique personality and needs. Whether it was playing fetch with our exuberant Labrador or offering gentle strokes to our shy rescue pup, she showed an admirable understanding of their individual temperaments. This personalized care not only reinforced their trust in her but also ensured that their emotional and physical well-being was prioritized. it is evident that Mitzi is a gem in the realm of pet care.
