About: Dogs have been part of my family for as long as I can remember — they’re truly woven into the fabric of my life. After 15 years as a large animal and livestock farmer, I’ve handled every kind of surprise animals can throw at me — so I’m up for unusual circumstances. Your pup will have 10 fully fenced acres to explore, sniff, and zoom to their heart’s content. And they won’t be alone! I have four animal-loving kids who can’t wait to run, play, and snuggle with new furry friends. I work from home, and my kids are homeschooled so we are home most of the time, so we are available for potty breaks and snuggles throughout the day. During the school year we attend a homeschool co-op for much of the day Tuesday and Thursday. We have 10 fully fenced acres for safe, joyful exploring, plus two friendly dogs and four dog-savvy cats to keep your pup company. Crating is available if needed (especially for new potty trainers), but we love welcoming guest dogs right into our daily routine. Your dog can enjoy farm walks, endless ball throwing, and plenty of cozy couch time with us. They’ll feel like part of the family from day one!

About: I have 3 dogs of my own that I’ve raised all from puppies! I’ve had a lot of experience with pet sitting from small to larger breeds! I currently work at a dog boarding place so I have lots of experience. Im currently working a part time job and my hours differ week to week. Some days it’s 7 am- 12:00 pm and other days it’ll be from 9 am - 4:30 pm! I have 3 fur babies at home so I’m mostly looking for pet sitting at clients homes! Just more of a safety thing for all the pups!

About: Hi! My name is Sydney and I’m a recent VCU graduate. I love animals and would love to help care for your pets while you’re away! I’ve lived with dogs my whole life- my family currently has a shih tzu and two golden doodles. I also have my own 1-year-old shih-poo named Wednesday. I have over 5 years of professional experience with pet sitting for local clients. I’ve worked with dogs, cats, and some small mammals. I also gained experience working at a certified pet resort in Culpeper. As a pet-sitter, I will ensure that your pups receive the same love and care I give to my dogs. I’m available to visit your home a few times a day or sleep over while you're out of town. I’m located in Mineral but am willing to travel. I’m available to start ASAP. My schedule is currently very open and flexible. I’m available weekdays and weekends. Just let me know what you need and we can work something out! As your dogsitter I will always make sure your pet is safe and happy. They will be fed, exercised, and loved while you are away.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my home. I took vet medicine in high school and went through dog and cat CPR training in that class. I’ve had golden retrievers, many German Shepherds, Dobermans, and my current baby is a senior Beagle. I’ve cared for my dogs from puppies to seniors. I work full time usually from 8-4 during the weekday. However, with a flexible schedule, I can come home mid day if needed. My weekends fill up fast, but my plans are always revolving around the dogs. I have a very large yard, with no fence. My beagle is trained on an invisible fence, but I have a frequent visitor that stays on a leash. My yard offers great walks and water access to dogs that love to swim. I also have a lead by the door for when they want to sun bathe. My beagle, and my frequent visitor, both LOVE other dogs and prefer to have the company of another dog in the home. My beagle ignores his friends when they try to play. He prefers to enjoy the company of his friends instead of playing. My frequent visitor dog is also very low key, but LOVES to play.

About: Your fur baby will have a blast with our pack! Winnie, Tater and Goose are the ultimate pals. We will be sure to keep your pup entertained and a great way to get exercise and affection while you’re away! If you have an older dog, I can offer one on one snuggle time and a calm relaxing environment separate from the other pups. We have 2 acres and enjoy outside playtime. We frequent the dog park in Louisa and hiking trails from Richmond to Charlottesville. Common treats are homemade chicken jerky and sardines. Please let me know if your pup is not on a tick preventative. We treat our yard with a dog safe spray but enjoy recreational activities away from home and would like to be extra cautious for your fur baby. I have full weekday and have full weekend availability! We enjoy going on walks in our neighborhood or the park close by early in the morning and late at night before it gets too hot. Depending on your pup’s age, younger ones will have tater and goose to play with. Older/calmer pups will stay with Winnie and I in a separated part of the house. I will care for your pup however you feel they will do the best (:
