About: I’ve taken care of many dogs in my life. I worked as a vet assistant and I’m now working towards a certification of vet assistant. I have one cat and one lizard. I had 12 dogs before and took care of them all. Ranged from chihuahuas to pit bulls. I’m currently working in the military. And I live animals very very much. I have a cat named Gray and a bearded dragon named Shmoop. I would have to go to clients house to care for the animals, as I live in apartments at the moment. I would need to know how owner does certain things for the animals.

About: I have taken care of many different animals my entire life as I grew up with them. I have experience with dogs (small, med& large), cats, fish, reptiles, and some farm animals. I also currently have a dog named Aspen! He is a husky mix! I am a full time student working on my Master of Social Work. I currently am in my clinical practicum. Weekdays I am available in the late afternoon or evening. I have a 3 year old Husky (Aspen) & Pitt mix as well as a crested gecko! Aspen is pretty anxious and reactive so I do have experience with that as well.

My dog instantly loved her and even whined a little bit after she left our house at the end of our meet and greet, which she rarely does with anyone except my husband and I. I'm a very anxious person in general, and most of that anxiety is centered around my dog's well-being; Laura was able to make some of that anxiety go away and that means the world to me. My dog had a wonderful, chill night with Laura caring for her at my house! She was extremely attentive to notes that I left regarding my dog's unique feeding routine and as-needed medication. Laura also somehow found a way to get my dog to pose for photos (my dog almost never sits still enough to let me take pictures of her 😂) and sent us many pictures of her throughout our time away from home! I would recommend Laura to anyone, especially those with dogs who have food/medication/health concerns! We will definitely be booking with her again if anything comes up! 😊”
“After our recent move to North Carolina, we found ourselves in a position where we needed a pet sitter. Having never left our pets with anyone but family we were apprehensive as to who we could find, and trust, with our fur babies. We turned to Rover to find someone. Our rambunctious, and loud, retrievers met her at the front door where Allie scooped them into a hug and it was “love at first site” for our pups!! Allie was very attentive to our detailed instructions, asked for clarification, on anything she did not understand, and was concerned with keeping the dogs and our two cats on their normal routines. During our weekend away, we received multiple reports as well as amazing pictures. It was apparent that Allie cared for, and loved, our pets as if they were her own. Allie went above and beyond anything we could have expected - even befriending our “leary of strangers” cat. About: I’ve cared to dogs since I was 12, beginning with family pets and expanding to neighbors and friends. I helped raise a littler of ten black lab puppies, ensuring they received proper nutrition and constant affection. I’ve cared for many breeds in a variety of settings, including watching and managing up to 5 black labs at once, taking them on structured walks, playing with there favorite toys and keeping their routines calm and consistent. My experience cover feeding schedules, baths, crate safety and off leash play. I am currently a student at coastal Carolina community college as a dental assisting student. Mondays and Thursday I get out of class at 11:40 and 12:50. Tuesdays I arrive at school @11 and leave @3:40, Wednesdays 8-2:40 and Fridays 10-2:40. On weekends I’m available and times after school. I have a back yard, not fenced in. Pets in my home are not treated bad, not screamed at or hit to be punished. They are always treated like my own, with cuddles, little snacks if allowed and plenty of play time. They would go on walks and be seen by other individuals for petting if the owner is comfortable.
