About: I’ve had dogs and other various animals since I was a child. My first job in high school was at a pet boarding facility. While working there my love for animals grew. Ive pet sitted on and off since I left the kennel. I married a man who shared that love and we have 5 furbabies of our own! I’m currently a stay at home mom. I have a kindergartner, a 1 year old and 5 adult dogs. I spend my days taking care of my kids and dogs but wouldn’t have it any other way! My kids love playing with animals. If you choose us, we have all the time in the world to love on your babies! I have a few acres of land with a large fenced in back yard. Lots of room to run and play with our own dogs!

About: Hello all! My name is Alex and I am currently a stay at home mom here in Powhatan VA. Ever since I can remember I have been an animal lover. I have never not owned an animal, and currently have two dogs, two cats and a turtle of my own! I also have volunteered 200 hours at the PSPCA in Newport News, where I gained a lot of experience in the care of different types of dogs and cats. My husband and I live in a house with almost an acre fenced in, so your pup will always have a place to run around when staying with us!! Communication is key! I will be sure to keep you updated about your pup throughout each visit, as well as send pictures periodically. I look forward to watching after your pet! I'm currently a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of free time! With my flexible schedule, I can almost always meet my clients scheduling needs! Large fenced in back yard with a dog door that allows them to go in and out as they please. We always walk the fence before a stay to make sure there are no holes your fur baby could escape from! I am available to keep your fur baby overnight at our house. I am unable to stay at the clients house due to being a mom to two beautiful little girls!

Your pup will have 10 fully fenced acres to explore, sniff, and zoom to their heart’s content. And they won’t be alone! I have four animal-loving kids who can’t wait to run, play, and snuggle with new furry friends. I work from home, and my kids are homeschooled so we are home most of the time, so we are available for potty breaks and snuggles throughout the day. During the school year we attend a homeschool co-op for much of the day Tuesday and Thursday. We have 10 fully fenced acres for safe, joyful exploring, plus two friendly dogs and four dog-savvy cats to keep your pup company. Crating is available if needed (especially for new potty trainers), but we love welcoming guest dogs right into our daily routine. Your dog can enjoy farm walks, endless ball throwing, and plenty of cozy couch time with us. They’ll feel like part of the family from day one!

About: I'm person that does the work and listen to the animals too. I worked with military working dogs. Have raised my own, I even sucker for the abandon ones too. My life has been learning how to groom, including nails, medicines and how to feed certain dogs due to there digestive track. I can mend, cuddle and play with all type.but snakes sorry I can't do that. My soon to be husband also loves animals such as I do because they also help with mental health. Emotional support and therapy dogs are a real thing and they do help. Just like the little young lady that found last months wonder the roads of Amelia County covered fleas and ticks and no tags or nothing she now how's her forever home . Just ever day thing for more I come home ever 2 to 3 hours to let mine out. DUE to the current job I currently have once this jobs takes off my plan is.to do this full time for all animals. We have fenced in back yard with 3 acrea with it in the middle of the Amelia that has been forgotten about. I retired military and retired law enforcement looking to find something better that what I currently doing. Animals and kids make me happy and they would have a forever ever home with me. Plus my family loves animals too. If the our place did work out the have 100 to play on for the day too. My husband is sucker for all types of animals too.

About: I'm a second generation dog sitter who started young; at the age of 6, I was going with my mom to her many pet sitting gigs. Now, I'm an independent pet sitter who has a ton of free time to hang out with your furbabies! About: I have cared for/worked with 1,000s of dogs over 10+ years across all breeds, ages, and behavioral issues. I managed a dog facility for several years, have worked in multiple other dog facilities. I have taken K9 CPR/First Aid and very knowledgeable on K9 behavior and physical well being. I have trained 100s of dogs in my lifetime. Your dog could not be in better hands. :) I stay home full time so your pet would have 100% of my time and attention! I can be flexible to you and your pets needs! I have very friendly dogs to keep your pup company! If your dog isn’t much of a playful type - that’s okay too! My dogs do not harass and have great social manners. I have a crate I can offer at your request and I am very experienced with dog safety and K9 cpr. When going on walks I ALWAYS check the dogs collar and leash before leaving the house to be sure everything is appropriately secure. I always make sure I watch any dogs before I open doors to be sure no one runs out! My experience with K9 behavior allows me to catch a bad thing before it happens!

About: Over the past couple of years, I’ve had the joy of caring for family and friends dogs when needed, giving their dogs a loving home away from home.
