“Sending Jyrah to care with Sam is such a joy. Sam is so attentive to Jyrah and her energy level and Jyrah loves her so much, she can hardly wait to get to her when she greets her in the mornings as Jyrah stays with Sam for day care. She most recently cared for Jyrah while I was on travel and I was so relieved to know how dedicated Sam is to going the extra mile to ensure she is in tuned with Jyrah's needs and her tendencies to need some additional connection at times.”

About: Welcome to your new go-to person for all things furry, scaly or feathered! Whether you're a seasoned pet parent or thinking about welcoming a new companion into your home, I have your pet sitting/walks taken care of! I have experience from working with cats and dogs at a local animal hospital to experience with sick, hyper, reactive, difficult or just elderly dogs. I have been pet sitting/walking dogs for about 18 years and love all animals! I can not only provide you with peace of mind while you are away, but your furry loved ones will have the best care possible until you are back to them. I also have the same amount of experience with cats, lizards and other small mammals. I have some prior dog walk clients not on rover, so please reach out about my schedule. I look forward to meeting all your amazing animal companions! This will be my full time job. I am pursuing my dream finally and saving to open an actual boarding facility and then one day a rescue. Thank you for your support and I look forward to working with you. I will be doing drop in visits until my house is fully set up for overnight boarding. I have a kennel that is clean and disinfected that can be brought and used. I also keep your home clean, water any plants needed and provide treats if allowed.

About: I love animals and have been providing professional care for pets and homes for over two decades. I have been offering various services such as taking dogs to the groomers, the vet, giving medication, taking dogs for walks, visiting them at their home... feeding, brushing, obedience training, and even bathing them on occasion, as well as taking care of house plants, the yard, mail, and anything else needed onsite while the owners are away. I have volunteered for several animal welfare organizations and have been involved in the rescue of both dogs and cats, as well as horses, bunnies, chickens, and other wild animals. I was also the Chairwoman of Californians Against Greyhound Racing which was successful in having the dog racing proposition soundly defeated. I will treat and care for your animals as if they were my own family. When your pet is with me, I am available 24/7 by phone and text. I am a semi-retired graphic art designer working at home full time, mostly on the computer, so I will be around all the time for you pet's needs. I have a three bedroom house, with a big fenced yard and mature landscaping, and with a nice outdoor deck, for your dog to enjoy. Inside, they will have access to all of the house. They will be with me at all times.

“Jenny provides great care and is a pleasure to work with. We’ll be seeing her again this week with our dog Shiso. We’re very grateful for her service.”

“Kaila was great with our 4lb puppy! She took really good care of him and gave him the love and attention he desired. She went above and beyond with the puppy's potty training and food training. I can't thank her enough. Definitely recommend Kaila as a caregiver for your fur baby!”

About: Dogs have always been in my life. Since I was a kid, I would pet sit my neighbors’ dogs when they went out of town. When I grew-up and had roommates, I would joyfully watch their pups when ever they needed. I’m a mom to two very friendly coonhounds (7 and 5 yrs old) who love other dogs and kids. I enjoy taking them for long walks, to the dog park (which is a 30 second saunter down the street from my house), and hiking in the mountains. I raised both my girls from puppies and recently nursed my oldest dog through cancer treatments. I am happy to take care of dogs young and old, small and large, healthy and sick. I am diligent, caring, and responsible. I look forward to meeting your best friend! I am at home during the week except on Thursdays, so I can watch your pup at my house and take them for walks around the neighborhood or to the dog park. I have a fenced in backyard. Your dog would have to get along with mine for a house visit, but both my dogs are passive, love dogs of all ages (including puppies!) and sizes (my boyfriend has a Chihuahua), are well socialized (they have tons of dog friends, go to the dog park and been to doggie daycare). I am also available evenings and weekends to walk your dog in your neighborhood and to watch dogs boarded overnight at your house or mine. Before booking a house stay, we can do a meet-up to make sure our pups get along! The dog park is down the street, so it’s easy neutral ground before a house tour.
