I'm currently starting school part-time so I'll have plenty of time to walk, take care of, and play with your pets! “Amy was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had! We have two dogs and two cats, and she came three times a day for ten days. One of our dogs is very active, and Amy not only met her needs for rigorous games of fetch, but also made sure she took breaks for water and when it was too hot outside. Our cats are elderly and require daily medicine on their food (as well as meds administered orally twice a week); she was diligent in making sure they got what they needed- including refilling their pill containers, filling and emptying the litter box, and loving on them. Amy gave daily updates whenever she saw them, and sent the sweetest pictures of our pets having fun. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
