About: I love animals! I was raised around animals all of my life. My parents had a hobby farm, complete with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, cows, emu's, sheep, ducks, pigs, etc. We bred and raised dogs of all kinds: huskies, dalmatians, chihuahuas, beagles, labs, golden retrievers, pugs, and so on. Since my childhood, I've helped feed, care for, and even administer medicine to our animals. I moved to Lexington KY in the Fall of 2010 and decided to take care of others' furry friends while they're away. I started and ran my own dog walking and pet sitting business for 7 years. I ended up closing down to do some traveling. But I sure miss getting out and spending time with my furry friends. Whether you're at work, on vacation, or just out for the day, it will be my Joy to take care of your pets. From midday walks and home visits, to puppy breaks and house sittings, I'll treat your pet as my own, and make sure they get plenty of lovin'. “Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you.” That’s what I try to live by. About: I have experience with lots of different animals. I have dogs of my own and I also have a farm. I have 10+ years of experience. I work part time and would have lots of time to care for your babies. My dog and I have a daily routine and would love to add your pet into our day. I have a large fenced in yard with lots of room to play. I would make sure to ask boundaries about your home and pet, to meet the pets needs to your expectations.

About: I have animal shelter experience and as a result, have worked with several different types of animals with different personalities and am very flexible and capable of working with very different acting animals. I have a very open and free schedule so I'm able to come and check on the pets as often as needed. I can spend long periods of time with the pets when needed. In the clients home, I will care for them according to the clients standards and by following instructions down to the letter in order to prevent issues.

About: I have many yrs experience with Dogs and many other exotic animals care and well being. I have an education in training and experience in medical assessment of you furry friends. My goal is not just keeping your pet safe but also be engaging and fun for them I am currently in the long process of new certification classes that are set by my own scheduling. So I can customize my schedule for my customers. Personalized one on one care. I can only house dogs that are friendly with other dogs, I stive to provide custom care that fits your needs and your pets. I have a background in emergency medical care and animal health assessment(so if any issues do arise I am highly qualified to deal with them) also I have lots of room outdoors for exercise and enrichment. My w9rk partner Alfie is cordial and a great companion for some good positive Socialization.

About: I have 6 dogs, 3 cats, 2 goats, and multiple chickens. I’ve also had rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish and a leopard gecko over the years! I am available for visits in your home and / or walks up to 60 minutes in your neighborhood, weekdays and weekends. I only take 1 client per day. I am also happy to check your mail, water plants, and if you live on a small farm like me, care for any kind of critters.

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was a toddler. I have fostered, pet sat for friends and family many times and recently lost my own dog of 13 years. I recently retired and miss having a pup in my life. I’m available and flexible for daily walks as well as able to provide boarding in my home. I am very attentive and loving toward all fur babies. I’m a firm believer that exercise and interactive play is essential in developing a bond with each pup.

About: I grew up with pets my whole life and have helped care for them in all ways including bathing, walks, medication distribution, nail trimming, and feeding. I have pet sat for loved ones, staying overnight. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, as well as large, medium, and small dogs! I will love your furry friend as if they’re my own! Pet care fits into my daily schedule as I have my own cat I take care of. I feed her every morning, play with her, give her flea medicine monthly, and scoop her litter daily. I also live with my childhood dog who is now a senior pup. I give her medicine, treats, keep track of her protein intake, walk her and make sure her water and food bowl is full. I care for pets in a loving way, being gentle with them and respecting all boundaries and reading their body language. I will ensure each and every pet has all their needs met and will give them lots of pets in between! I will respect the clients space and keep them updated on their pet throughout the time of service!

About: I love all dogs, every shape, size and personality type! I have a lifetime of experience taking care of dogs, have experience pet sitting and boarding and have cared for dogs of all sizes. I have a lot of experience caring for older dogs and dogs with specific needs or health concerns as well. I have also personally rescued, fostered and found homes for many dogs. I love walking, hiking and playing with dogs, so rest assured your furry family member will receive lots of love and attention while spending time with me. About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals since I was 10 years old! Horses, chickens, cows, donkeys, fish, hamsters, goats, sheep, rats, kittens, dogs, etc! I am happy to help with any pet needs! I have recently graduated from college and am working part time working towards full time! Pet sitting and care fit well into my routine as I typically work 4 hour shifts at a time leaving great time to check in with pets! My weeks are flexible just reach out if you have any questions! I try to have what is best for my animals including fenced in yards and proper food, cages, and medicines. Although I do not offer boarding, I will make absolutely certain your animals stay safe in my care!

About: I grew up in Wyoming where I was a member of 4-H for ten years. I raised pigs and rabbits for show and also grew up with two cats and a corgi at home. I have experience giving medication to each of these animals and even some experience giving injections. My husband, Orlando, and I love animals and work most of our Rover appointments together. At home we have two cats and a hedgehog! I’m pretty flexible and almost always have time in the mornings and in the evenings after 4 to stop by and check on/walk/play with pets. I am happy to housesit during the week or on weekends. While housesitting I am happy to make time for daily walks and try to be attentive to when your pet needs to go out. I’m very flexible and try to leave every home as I found it or better! If your pet has toys I will always engage in play time and try to keep them happy and entertained.

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs, cats, and birds. I have been pet sitting for the same family for the last 5 years since their jobs and family require them to leave often, but they want to make sure their animals never feel neglected by this. I have administered medication for older cats and dogs, fed and rode horses, learned how to intervene safely in the event of a dog altercation, and love just being around pets of all types and sizes. Hello! I am currently a farmer turned student, recently back in college after a few years as an organic vegetable farmer. Now I’m balancing the demands of finishing my degree in evolutionary biology with my love of animals, plants, yoga, and simply being in awe of nature. Petsitting allows me a flexible job while I’m in school and gives me a chance to connect with the community in another way. I love the chance to meet everyone’s furry companions & learn more about people outside of my daily rhythms. I am an avid cyclist and hiker, so am happy to take along any pet that's down to adventure at the nearby trails. I’ve watched houses with up to 7 dogs at a time, so I’m very comfortable with multiple animals and giving each one the attention they need.
