“I usually send my dog to daycare to a different person and he goes there every Tuesday through Wednesday, sometimes Saturday if he needs extra energy out by running in the large backyard. But the regular daycare lady had to go on a trip to her family in Hawaii and I had no where to send my dog to. I couldn't let him stay at home for 8 hours while my husband and I work. About: Megan and I are both retired, and our two sons live on their own now. Our last dog passed away in the past year after a good, long life. He was 12 years old, and we had him since he was a puppy. We know we want another dog at some point but aren't ready yet. In the meantime, we are happy to help other dog owners. Since we first married, we’ve always had at least one dog of our own. Our family even raised puppy Seeing Eye Dogs through a 4-H club. We adopted one that failed because he was too friendly. Gulliver is the funny guy in our pictures. We’re recently retired so someone is always home. We both wake up pretty early and can be flexible with routines to make your dog(s) comfortable. We do travel with our RV from time to time so if you see us as unavailable please try again later. We really love dogs. Our home is dog-safe, and it gets tested every time our sons come up with their dog. The yard isn't fenced in, so we would keep your dogs on a leash or cable to go out. The cable runs along a clothesline to let them move around the entire yard. Our dog used to love to run with the cable. We are very close to Promised Land State Park too, so we can go on some hikes while your dog stays with us. We are open to taking multiple dogs but only if they already live in the same home.

About: I've been surrounded by animals all my life living in the country. I spent my childhood riding horses and had a home full of Great Danes, pugs, and cats. I have currently for the past five years taken care of many dogs / cats surrounding Nay Aug Park, Scranton area, Clark Summit, and Lake Ariel. I own an Arabian horse, five ducks and two cats near Moscow PA on ten acres in the countryside. About: The last 2 years I was helping run a foster for over 25 cats. That included rescuing them on our own if needed. I have always considered myself an animal whisperer, I can get along and bond with any of your pets. In my time running a foster I've had to help administer shots and medication. My best available times can range any time in the afternoon during the weekdays and well as weekends. After 2pm. I can accommodate most any schedule. I have a yard that has an invisible fence as well as a runner . Your furry little guy will Be well taken care of with the amount of property we have.

About: All my life my mother had multiple cats at once so I was always helping take care of them and any kitten I brought home I was than responsible for. I helped trap and netur cats as well as kittens to foster than be apoted. I don't have a job currently so I am available pretty much everyday and I can work around whatever the needs of my client are Potty breaks will be leashed walks on the neighborhood road and backyard grass, if dog is not ok will cats, cats will be put into their own separate environment away from dog and I have a friendly gsd that loves playdates. I only have one floor so they will only have access to their own food or water. I have plenty of toys and mental enrichment toys as well they have access too

About: I've been caring for dogs since I was a child, and my flexible schedule allows me to be home with them all day while working. I live in a spacious three-floor condo at The Villages at Camelback in Tannersville, PA, offering plenty of room for your pets to relax and play. Situated slopeside of Camelback Mountain, I'm just a short drive from fantastic trails and state parks. I enjoy taking dogs on walks or to the dog park for some fun and exercise! My dog Simba is very friendly and gets along well with dogs of all sizes, while my curious 8-year-old cat, Felix, loves meeting new canine friends. I’d be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet so you can visit the condo and introduce Simba before scheduling a pet sitting or walk. I know how nerve wracking leaving your fur babies can be, so rest assured I'll provide plenty of updates and photos of the awesome times we have while your away! Both me and my partner Alex are huge animal lovers and will make sure your pets are as comfortable, happy, and loved as possible while you are gone. There's nothing better than knowing your pet is having a blast while you are away and we'll do whatever is needed for your pets to make that the case, whether it's snuggles and love, hours of zoomies, playing, and fetch, or a mix of the two we'll make sure they have an awesome stay! Both me and my partner Alex work from home Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and both have a flexible schedule during the day to take the dogs out for potty breaks and adventurous walks. We do at least 1 longer walk (40 minutes +) during the day with our dog Simba and will be happy to do more for more active dogs! Let us know your dogs activity level and we'll adjust our walking schedule as needed! We have a large space with multiple floors for the dogs to stretch out in. We are home the majority of the time and will only leave the dogs alone for 1-2 hours at most if we need to run errands or have outings. We are happy to crate if needed or provide whatever space your pets need to feel comfortable!
