About: As a pet owner and a certified Veterinary Assistant with hands-on experience working at a veterinary clinic, I bring a unique level of care and expertise to every pet I sit for. From administering medication to understanding animal behavior, I’m equipped to handle everything from routine care to special needs pets! I am a student-athlete at Austin Peay State University playing lacrosse! I am typically available all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Tuesdays, I am available after 10 a.m. until 3. Thursdays, I am available anytime after 10 am, and on Fridays, I am available anytime after 12:30. I will communicate with my clients based on my schedule and thier schedule to make something work! When caring for your pets, I make sure to follow your pets routine as closely as possible to help them feel at ease! I offer regular walks, playtime, and feeding at the times they are used to, ensuring their comfort and security while you’re away. I also make sure to maintain a clean and safe environment, keeping your home tidy and your pets space organized. Whether it’s administering medication, providing cuddles, or simply offering some quiet time, I focus on giving your pet the love and care they deserve!
About: I have always had dogs, and I absolutely love them. My childhood dog, Rowdy, is a senior pup now, and with that comes a lot that my family needs to do to take care of him. I believe it is so important to have patience with our seniors especially through their accidents and off-days. I also have become my sister’s great pyrenees’ favorite aunt! Nova is around 1 and a half and quite the large breed. She loves to snuggle but she also loves to pretend she is a shark! I would love to help you ensure your dogs are taken care of while you’re away! I am currently working at Starbucks, so I am free most days in the afternoons. I am off Saturdays and Thursday mornings! I am also a full-time online student going for K-5 Education at Austin Peay State University. N/A. I currently live in an apartment with my anxious kitty, and my roommate’s dachshund! I would want to have larger environment before I took your babies into my own home.
About: I’ve always been an advocate for animals. Their innocence, loyalty, and dedication to humans is unwavering so I try to give them love in return. I just left my 9-5 to per-sue what makes me happy and still make money. Caring for animals will give me the ability to spend more time with mine also. I have 3 dogs in my home so I would care for your pet in your home. Plus I feel that pets are more comfortable in their own homes. I have a live in dog sitter so my pets always have someone with them giving me the time to help other people with their pets.
About: I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember, and my passion for canine care began at age 14 when I first learned the fundamentals of training and responsible pet ownership. Since then, I have personally raised two dogs from nine-week-old puppies into adulthood, giving me hands-on experience with developmental needs, safety, and attentive daily care. Animals naturally sense my calm demeanor and feel comfortable around me, allowing me to build instant trust and keep them at ease. In addition to raising my own companions, I regularly help pet parents understand canine behavior and basic training through positive, clear communication that works seamlessly for both dogs and their owners. As a current student, my daily routine is structured to ensure your pets receive reliable, dedicated care without disruption. I have excellent availability early in the morning before classes, typically between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM or 11:00 AM depending on the day. After classes wrap up, I am fully free for afternoon and evening visits starting after 12:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and after 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. As long as visits fall around these regular class windows, I can seamlessly accommodate walks, feedings, and drop-ins throughout the week. I also have zero issues providing overnight care and weekend coverage, giving your pets consistent attention, company, and love while keeping their routines completely on track. Because I am currently in school, I do not offer pet boarding in my own home. Instead, I specialize entirely in in-home pet sitting and drop-in visits, allowing your pets to stay comfortable, secure, and stress-free in their own familiar environment. When caring for your pets in your home, I treat your personal space with the highest level of respect, care, and cleanliness. My primary focus is making sure all of your pet’s essential needs are met meticulously, from precise feeding schedules and fresh water to maintaining clean living areas and administering medication if required. Beyond the basics, I pay close attention to each animal’s unique personality and follow any extra instructions to the letter, ensuring they receive plenty of exercise, playtime, and dedicated companionship.
“Noelia is one of the best pet sitter!! Friendly, kind, and genuinely cares for the pets in her care. She sent me pictures and videos of my cats. When circumstances required to keep extending their stay Noelia was so patient and understanding. I will most definitely request her for any future boarding. Thank you Noelia… you are simply the best!!”

About: I worked at two different holistic pet stores for two years combined, so I have extensive knowledge on pets, pet products and know several emergency vets and pet services in the Chattanooga and Nashville area. I have pet sat since I was 10 years old and done overnight house sitting stays since I was 17. I have had three dogs in my lifetime, and each one lived a long and happy life, including my 6 year old lab who stays with my parents in the Nashville area. I trained all my dogs, and my 6 year old lab has seperation anxiety, so I am aware of the quirks that dogs can have! I also had a cat when I was younger who was diagnosed with diabetes toward the end of her life, so I learned how to administer insulin shots on cats, which I'm sure transfers pretty well to dogs. I have cared for my own senior dogs, sold products to benefit senior dogs, and am fit enough to lift any dog that needs assistance getting into the house or car! I am very knowledgeable, responsible and very easy to get along with! I’m currently unemployed and trying to fill the gap while I look for something full-time. I have a husband that can take care of my animals so I can fully invest in pet-sitting right now! I will care for your pets as if they were my own. I’m the type of person who will cross a street just to pet a cute dog or a stray cat. I’ve never met a pet I didn’t like, or that didn’t like me (which to me is the best testament to my character!)

About: I've pet-sat for a family friend who has a border collie and a King Corso, so I have experience with big dogs. I've also taken care of cats that I had. I do take care of exotic pets, but I would need instructions. I am a college student who is out for the summer looking to take care of some animals, however my service will be close july 30 due to a trip. as a drop in visit typically let the pets outside to stretch their legs and depending on the animals a leash. I also bring treats for cats and dogs, not for exotic pets.
“I absolutely could not have picked a better sitter! Alesha took care of my cats and my house for a week while I was out of the country. She respected my property and was extremely communicative, and really set my mind at ease. She went above and beyond what I expected in every way, did my laundry, cleaned out and organized my fridges, scrubbed out my filthy kitchen sink so it shines! My cats were sick when she came and one of them had lost weight. I came back to healthy cats and that one has obviously gained weight. My cats loved her judging from the pics she sent me. If you want the best, hire Alesha!”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first .
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
