About: Hello! My name is Katerina. I have experience with small and large breeds. Growing up, our family had a Great Dane! In my single years, I cared for a beloved Jack Russel terrier from when she was an energetic pup until nearly 17. Currently, I live with my husband Seth and our two daughters, ages 11 and 13. Our little homestead includes a few chickens, a busy hive, and a cat whom we adopted five years ago. We are considering adopting a dog to keep our chickens safe from predators and to be a hiking companion in our travels. I am a full time homemaker and homeschooling parent. My schedule is very flexible. My days include educating my daughters ages 11 and 13 and running a small homestead of a few chickens, bees, and a cat. I love hiking at Ringing Rocks, Lake Nockamixon, and Delaware River canal towpath. Your dog would be a welcome companion on the hikes! If you have a senior dog, he will receive plenty of loving attention and companionship in our home. Our small homestead offers privacy and space for play and running. Your dog may enjoy cooling off in the creek that runs through the property. We live near Delaware canal towpath and Nockamixon state park. Both places offer excellent hiking and walking options for dogs!

About: I have 5 dogs of my own! I have a Pitbull mix, Australian Shepherd, 2 elderly Terrier Mixes, and a Redbone Coonhound! We currently have a fenced in yard for our dogs but I always provide supervision when I let them out. I take my able dogs for longer walks when the weather is fit. I always make sure our dogs have fresh water and food to keep them well nourished and healthy. For my elderly dog, we provide her with medication each morning.

“Where do I begin with how much I love Emily......She comes when she's supposed to and does exactly what is asked of her. That alone is a big deal as I've had sitters in the past not show or come whenever they felt like it. She doesn't just come into my house for five minutes either. She spends time with my dogs and gives them love, play time and plenty of potty time. The first time Emily watched my dogs, there was an accident. Did I mention twice? I was so upset and embarrassed. Emily not only cleaned it up but went over and beyond with getting on her hands & knees to clean & disinfect my floor. Again, previous dog sitters barely cleaned up any accidents. She wasn't at all upset to help out and clean it up. I made a bigger deal out of it than her especially being the first time using Emily. I offered to come home and she reassured me things were fine and she had everything under control. She most certainly did! She is extremely friendly and professional.
