About: My two cats, Neptune and Jupiter, are cared for and loved by yours truly. I have administered ear infection medicine to both and kept both healthy and safe since adoption. I love my own cats, but also cats so much in general because they all are so unique and with their own personality (so much that I can get past cleaning litterboxes every day... ). About: Having two dogs since they were puppies and raising four cats has taught me a lot about animal behavior, patience, and daily care routines. I've experienced everything from the teething phase to handling older pets, all which have made me a confident and attentive care-giver for all kinds of pets. She has a huge fenced in yard, great for running and exploring and there is also a walking trail, that runs behind her house. Inside the main floor is a perfect set up to keep your dog safe, but still allows your pup to roam. Marla's dog, Shadow, is so sweet and very well behaved, which speaks volumes in her doggy parenting style! Another bonus to mention, is her 4 loving children! They help keep my little guy busy and show him so much love! He absolutely loves going to Marla's house! I'm so glad, I found Marla!”

About: Life long animal lover I've taken care of many different kinds of pets! I had a frog growing up, fish, cats, dogs, and I've helped pet sit numerous times for a friend for his goats, chickens, turtle, geese, turkeys, ducks, fish, pigs, and dogs (puppies, adult dogs and a senior dog with medications who needed extra tlc). I also work here and there at a local horse farm feeding and cleaning stalls as well as turning 45+ horses out to pasture. I'm used to handling strong pulling animals (I like to think being able to handle an antsy 1200+ lb animal prepares me for most anything haha), and my own strong pulling dog so I'm well versed to handling eager dogs on walks. I've been able to administer medications to senior dogs, my own dog needed 5 different medicines for a few weeks during heartworm treatment and my cat currently is transitioning to a prescription urinary diet so I know a few tricks to getting medicine to them as well as doling out special meals. I'm currently working 3-4 days during the week at my main job as a Dental Assistant, as well as working a few hours every Sunday AM at a yoga studio. I am also a part time college student studying Dental Hygiene as well as on my way to becoming an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Currently that looks like Monday/Wednesday AM I am in class from 9am-11am, Friday from 12pm-5pm and Saturday from 9am-4pm I am at my other class (which ends the first week of September 2026). I will try to update this as often as needed. I marked Fridays off for now but I can be flexible with scheduling around work and school as much as I can. I typically work Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at my main job but the hours vary as early as 7am to as late as 8pm. Sometimes I will get scheduled Wednesday when needed but it's not often. Any questions on availability or time feel free to message me! If you are flexible with schedules it helps out alot too! I also have my own pets at home which is why I currently don't offer overnights as he has separation anxiety if I'm not home at night. I will follow your every instruction and request for taking care of your pet in your home, I can crate you dog and handle letting them out, making sure they don't get off leash or out of your fenced in yard and make sure your cat doesn't slip out the doorway when I come in. I have some sneaky pets myself sometimes and I feel I've become a master at outsmarting even the sneakiest pet. I have also boarded several cats and I've done house visits to cat sit. My dog clients don't have to worry about conflict with another dog because I only take one booking at a time. My cat clients will never have to worry about a dog being in the house at the same time I accept a cat booking. Taking one client at a time also enables me to provide top notch care, attention and lots of love (and playtime too!) I always allow dogs to eat their meals with the family in the kitchen and hang around the main part of the house. I also have a big yard I can let them run in, and a neighborhood for walks. For cat clients I have a setup in the finished basement (I call it the Kitty Club Room) with several litter boxes that I scoop daily and a couple of feeding areas. All of my furry friends are welcome to the main part of the house once they acclimate. Business hours: Pet Drop Off: 8am-2pm (any day) Pet Pick Up: 8am-6pm (any day) Thank you for considering me for your dog and cat sitting needs! I'm a stay at home mom (children are school aged and accustomed to animals), so I'm usually home, aside from running errands. I have plenty of time in my schedule to work in dog walks, playtime, scooping litter boxes feeding/kibble clean ups and attention. Large fenced yard with distance from neighbors - dogs are only allowed out on a leash or a long lead. Large finished basement for the cats plus open access (if they're feeling adventurous) to the rest of the house which is a 2800 square foot custom colonial.

“Jim provided excellent care for my pup. I really appreciated his availability when my previous boarding arrangements fell through at the last minute. My pup is a finicky eater and Jim kept me up to date on her feeding habits and asked permission to add tempting meat to her food to entice her. She loves to run at full speed, so his fenced property was ideal. Jim also communicated with me as well as provided plenty of photos during her stay and a video of her socializing at playtime.
