“Amelia was great, she actually got my shy girl to come to her on multiple occasions. She took good care of my kitties while I was gone and left my home in order as well. Highly recommend her and will be using her again, she really helped me enjoy my trip knowing that everything was safe and well at home.”

“Isabella is very kind and professional. She sent pictures and videos while I was gone and was open to calling when my dog felt sad (it was our first time being gone so long). If you’re looking for someone who you can feel safe entrusting with your pets’ while you’re away, I highly recommend Isabella.”

About: My household has always had a furry friend in it since the day I was born from small ankle biters like Chihuahuas to hefty cuties like my current Bully Pit that I can safely wrestle in some horseplay. Puppies, seniors, we don't discriminate 'round here! I don't mind getting my hands dirty and have small experience in clicker training younger pups along with an energy to match whichever personality I'm given. A boundless Collie? We can play all day! A sleepy old Bassett? We can chill with some TV. I'm not above being put to work either. Give me a litter box to clean. Give me medicine and I'll make sure it's getting swallowed. Toss a cat my way as well why doncha? I worked as a cat caretaker during my fall and spring semesters in Auburn University, as well as own a lovely kitten named Autumn, so having a feline to shake things up would be a nice treat! Trust me, my hands have a good pain tolerance. Beyond that, I know it costs major bucks to look after your pets. Or pay someone ELSE too. Sometimes a week stay for a pet can run up to $500! That's why you come to me. I offer affordable rates because I'm more concerned with the passion than the money. I have multiple pets of my own and I know the chip they can put in my wallet just from vet visits! So I won't let it get in your way! 🤠 I've graduated happily from Auburn University with a degree in Animal Sciences and am settling into a new job. This means that while I'm happy to take on new clients, my schedule is sporadic as it's determined on a weekly basis. It also means I will be gone for many hours at a time. My current work schedule and thus how long I'd be busy for July 14-20 is: Mon: 4-9:30 pm Tue: Free Wed: Free Thurs: 9 am-5 pm Fri: 5-9:30 pm Sat: 1-9:30 pm Sun: Free Safety is a non-negotiable when it comes to our furry friends. Just like I do with my own pals, I stay by them at all times when outside and encourage their attention with toys or loving scritches when they're not doing their business. If push comes to shove, I am capable of safely wrestling an overzealous dog into calming down or tightening the 'ol leash if need be. With cats, responsibly scruffing rarely fails. Inside, unless stated otherwise where they're allowed to park themselves, I stay with my little friends on the floor and can crate them if specified to do so when it's bedtime. If they're free roamers, I let them tag along where I go! Except the kitchen. I also welcome animals who require daily or periodic medication. Bear in mind I charge $10 per day of administering medication, and it would cover all required meds for that day. Rest assured your friend will be taken care of!

We believe that exercise keeps a pet happy! We are well acquainted with crate training, clicker training, and positive reinforcement. Our family members have dogs of various ages and breeds which spend the time with our pack so they are used to visitors! We look forward to meeting you and your doggy! I work full time, my wife does not work so she is home all day with the dogs. The only time we would leave the dogs is to go to the grocery store. We have a fenced yard and lots of toys for them to chew, we encourage tearing up toys and playing. We also allow the dogs to be on the furniture and beds.

About: I'm new to pet sitting but have taken care of my furry friend a few times and really liked it. I’m calm, responsible, and make sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I'm home most of the time, so I have a very open schedule. I can give pets lots of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. At my home, visiting dogs have their own space away from my dog. I have two cats who are used to dogs, too. Since our yard isn’t fenced, dogs will be on a leash whenever we’re outside. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re here.

About: I have house-sit and drop-in experience. I can do drop-ins and/or stay the night. I have taken care of pets up to a week at a time. Stayed with a mix of cats and dogs or one or the other. I have experience with dogs of smaller or larger breeds. I can stay overnight on weekdays but will have to do drop-ins around my college classes. I usually want to provide care for pets during the weekends because I will be more flexible with time and can spend the whole weekend with them and house-sit as well. I usually ask what the client’s schedule for feeding their pets is and how frequently they take their dogs out to use the restroom. If they have set schedules then I will always go by that and if they don’t, I go based off my own experience. Playtime is so important for active pets, so doing that is so important to me. I also ask if they would like for the dogs to go out on walks. I will take them out on walks, depending on if the client is comfortable with their dog going out.

“Courtney was great for cat sitting! She sent photos each day and a quick text to let me know how it went, which I greatly appreciated and gave me a lot of peace of mind. My cat seems relaxed and happy when I got home. Can’t wait to have Courtney come back for Labor Day!”

About: I've raised several puppies into adulthood throughout my life and I have experience in dog sitting that I have done for friends and family through the years. I'm currently searching for a new career, so I have plenty of time to take care of animals. I'm looking forward to a new experience! I have a fenced yard, and two small dogs to keep your pets company. I can also crate dogs if necessary! I have one big dog that stays in the back yard and in his crate.

About: I have over 30 years of experience taking care of a variety of animals including: dogs, cats, horses, cows, goats, sheep, pigs, snakes, fish, hamsters, and guinea pigs. I have raised animals from birth up until their assent to heaven. I work for Uber, so I have a very flexible schedule that will allow me to fit your needs. I have two dogs myself, and while they come first, I have plenty of time and love to give. I am a very clean and trustworthy person and your animal family member will always be in a safe and loving environment. I want every animal to get their exercise, so if that's a walk or just playing I will make sure they do so in the most fun way possible.

About: Growing up there was always a pet in the house from my aunt and uncle's dog to my grandparents dog to finally getting our own dog. I have lots of experience taking care of animals including giving them baths, grooming them, walking them, making sure they are fed and loved on. My mom actually found this website and used it to house our dog as she came to visit me. I thought "Wow, someone is getting paid to hang out with my dog while my mom is away” which is something I love doing for free. Since I am away from my own dog I would love to take care of yours. Dogs have a special place in my heart and I would love to meet yours.

“La’kyerah has been looking after my dog, Mocha for almost 3 years and she is one of the best pet sitters I’ve personally every met! She goes above and beyond when she takes care of our mocha and she follows our every request with so much excitement even if it’s a little extra(such as dressing her (mocha) up in little outfits and sending us pictures of her just because we miss her! She’s also the only person mocha will take any form of medication from and we pet parents know how big of a deal that is!! She literally the perfect sitter!!!!!”
