“My husband and I have never gone anywhere without our precious Molly. We have our son’s destination wedding to attend this month. We have both agonized over leaving Molly behind. A kennel or doggy day care was definitely out of the question. I had heard of Rover so we checked it out. Karissa is a Godsend. Her yard is perfect, she is affectionate and I know in my heart Molly will be exceptionally well cared for. We dropped Molly off this week for a trial day before leaving her a whole week. Karissa kept us updated with pictures and notes throughout the stay. Finding Karissa has eased our anxiety about leaving Molly. About: Through my years of pet care, I’ve learned that every critter has their own way of needing to be cared for and loved. I enjoy focusing on outdoor exercise and exploration. It’s a fun way to wear everyone out and meet all the needs for nap time. I currently work a full time remote job, so my schedule is very flexible. Boarding is easy to fit in to my daily schedule. In-house visits can be scheduled easily throughout the day. Let me know your situation and we can see what’s possible! I live on some land that allows for wide open ranging with safe boundaries from any roadway or neighborhood. I have a friendly dog myself, Roo (m/neutered), who gets along well with anyone who likes fetch as much as him. He is off leash with me on site everyday and tends to keep everyone within the established safe zones. However you need routine to look, I’m happy to accommodate.

About: I have had either a dog or a cat since I was 3 years old. Currently I have one 12 year old dog, a new puppy and an 8 year old cat of my own. I have taken care of and sitted for lots of my friends animals when they are out of town. If they needed a sitter they knew to call me. I love all animals and treat other peoples pets like they are my own babies. I will take them on walks, snuggle them, lots of play time and love. Able to administer oral medication if needed. Also have experience with dogs with CHF as mine was diagnosed last year. Nice big fenced yard so they have room to roam and play. Available seven days a week. Available for short term or long term sitting. I’m a stay at home mama so my availability is open 7 days a week. I’m able to accommodate almost every scenario! Also available with little notice! Fenced yard with friendly cat and dogs to keep your fur baby company. My toddler loves all animals! Pet must be kid, dog and cat friendly if they stay here! I do have two dogs that love to play as well as two kids under 5 and one cat. Your babies would need to be ok with other dogs, cat and children. About: Hi! I worked at an animal shelter when I was 21 until I was 30. My husband and I have fostered 30+ dogs and cats, caring for them day to day while waiting for them to find their forever homes. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats of our own. 4 of them being seniors/entering their senior years, we understand the extra care the oldies need! I’m currently a stay at home mom, so besides short trips to and from school, I’m home almost all day! I’m maybe gone 15-20 minutes twice a day. :) I do crate pets when I leave for short trips and overnight. I also only will do pet groups by size, meaning little dogs with only little dogs. We have a big fenced back yard for dogs to take potty breaks or play.

About: I’ve been an avid animal lover since I was very young. Always took the initiative to care for them and have continued into my adults years. Looking to do this on rover to fulfill an opportunity to love on your pets without having to add them permanently to my home (it’s a problem- I would have a farm). About: I have been fostering dogs for years and use to all different breeds. I have always grown up with dogs and helped take care of them. I absolutely love the joy they bring into the world. I was originally going to school to be a vet but it ended up not working out because of all the blood. I have a huge heart and have a lot of love to give. I love all dogs of any age, size, or breed. I will take your dogs on walks or runs whatever you are comfortable with. I have given dogs medicines and have regulated strict diets. Also I have taught dogs to be potty trained. My apartment doesn't allow any animals so I wouldn't be able to house animals at my apartment but I am gladly to stay if needed or come and go as often as you are comfortable with. My schedule is very flexible so I can work as needed or as my schedule allows. Majority of the time I am free by 12 or earlier. I have been working as a foster parent and work with many different challenges and personality types. I have had to help with heart worm treatment, surgery care, elder dogs, anx have a cat of my own.

About: Hello! My family absolutely adores animals and throughout my life we have always owned at least one dog. Currently, I have a 12 year old chihuahua terrier mix, who is my world. Over the years, I have been asked by friends and family to look in our their fur babies. I have a full time job however I work from home, so I can be very flexible with drop in visits. I am open to overnights, that will be something we can talk about if needed. I do work from home so my schedule is flexible for potty breaks or play time. I could be available for boarding on the weekends. I do have a large backyard that is partially fenced. Plenty of room to play and run! I live near a school with a track that I often take my own pup too for walks.

About: I love all dogs. I have had dogs since I was little and enjoy everything about them. My dog of 18 years passed away right before my son was born so we currently dont have any pets but we are anxiously awaiting our sons 2nd birthday to get the newest puppy addition to our family. We go on frequent outdoor walks in the parks and do lots of hiking. I can accomodate dogs with special care instructions and medical needs as well. I have a very large fenced in yard so they can run around also have a large dog kennel for smaller dogs to play in.

About: Your pet will actually go outside with walks at the park or play time in the backyard instead of being with a sitter that's keeping them inside sleeping all day. I do independent work such as Uber or sell plasma + when requested so I have full-time availability. I can always do my other work when pets don't need someone to watch. Backyard is not fenced but large and a park is nearby. As long as the dogs are not heavy (that's why I don't dogsit "giant" dogs) then they will still get outside time. If the pets only need to be inside, the house is clean and with cameras for safety.
