Shyann impressed me when I first started looking for a patient sitter who could deal with all of it and when I reached out, she was amazing! When we spoke and met the first time, I knew I found my boy's person. She is so gentle, kind and patient! She watched him for the first time (overnight at my place) and sent so many updates and pics and would say things like "he was such a good boy, only had one accident." It was so nice not to feel like a burden and she also said "he's a little old man, accidents happen." I already have her booked for two more sittings, but suffice to say, we have our dog sitter for the life of our little boy and I cannot recommend Shyann enough.
