About: I’ve had dogs for over 20 years and have had every temperament under the sun - including anxious and reactive. I also have professional dog walking experience - though I am not currently affiliated with any formal dog walking companies. *Please note some additional details about rates* I do charge double the regular rate for constant care (dogs that cannot be left alone). There is also an additional fee for same-day/last minute requests. If you live outside the Kingston area, I would be happy to help you but may charge an additional gas fee depending on your location. *Please also note, my husband is also on Rover (Alex B.). During busy periods or when multiple bookings conflict, we often (only with express agreement) work in tandem to fit people in. If this is something you are comfortable with, please let me know so we can both come to meet you in the initial meet and greet! We both work from home and love having so much time to play with our fur babies. My disabled mother also lives with us so there is tons of cuddle-energy to go around. We have a fully fenced yard where the dogs can play safely. We also live near a dog park we frequent often, and near the waterfront where we take daily long walks.

About: We are lifelong pet lovers who have cared for animals our whole lives. We don’t currently have pets of our own, so we love the chance to care for yours! We are the go-to pet sitters for friends and family. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just company, we treat every pet like they’re our own. We are happy to provide daily updates and photos of your happy pet to give you peace of mind while they’re in our care. We both work from home with flexible schedules, go on daily walks, and we’d love to take your pet with us. We are available through the day for meal schedules, play time and bathroom breaks. We have a fenced in yard. We have no kids, and no other pets. If your pet likes to snuggle on the couch or bed, we’re happy to have them, if they like to keep to themselves, there’s plenty of space for quiet time. I have raised most of my dogs from puppies and have taken great care and compassion in their final days. I am very gentle and compassionate with our furry friends, having great love for them. And every time I meet a new fur-angel, they immediately sense that I am a friend. Some people describe me as a dog-whisperer. I want to open my home to people who need an alternative to helping their beloved dog feel loved and stimulated throughout the day, as opposed to sitting at home alone. I love dogs, I love being around dogs all day. I have a passion for looking after these gentle, wondrerul creatures, and it's my intention to devote a large portion of my life to helping them. My services are open 24/7. I am open to emergency calls/boardings. My schedule here at 'Fiona and Friends' is 7 days a week, 24/7. I am fully dedicated to the care of your pet. Any breaks in this schedule will be posted far in advance. I have a fenced, secure, back yard. I have a large crate available, if required for your pet, as well as an enclosed sitting room if your beloved pet needs space. As well, Fiona, our gentle and friendly Whippet Hound, will help keep your fur baby entertained all day long. Fiona loves company! We have doggy floor beds, and two couches to stretch out on (or cuddle up). And of course, I take the utmost care when walking around the south end of Gananoque. I will also provide you a link to a short Youtube video that showcases the house, backyard, and walking environment. This will be made available to you upon enquiry or booking.

About: I have a 1.5 year old foxhound-beagle mix who loves to play and snuggle in our home and is well trained by me. I also regularly take care of neighbors' dogs for meals, play time, and walks. I'm currently working full-time remotely so I have plenty of flexibility with my schedule! Most weekends we look for fun adventures outside, or we catch up on our favorite tv shows and sports teams. I have a three-sided fenced in yard and utilize a GPS collar for my dog. I have portable fences and long leads that we use if other dogs come over to play. Our three-story house has lots of space for dogs to sleep, play, or relax while the humans work.

“AMAZING. I can’t say enough good stuff about Scott, I know this is sexist - but in a way I was very unsure about a male dog-sitter. I have no good reason for this other than I had always had female dog-sitters before, but Scott proved I was SO wrong. My dogs are very anxious and they don’t do well at all when left alone (hence why I have a dog-sitter). Somehow he got them to be totally relaxed, and they come home happy. He is so kind, and very flexible. He responded to me quickly every time, he sent me pictures of my furbabies all day, and he updated me on them consistently. I am a worrier by nature, but I felt so at ease with leaving my dogs with him.”
