It was not an easy time with harsh winter conditions but they ensured Saul was provided several walks a day as well as regular visits to dog parks for him to run and play. Saul is full of energy and very playful for being 13 months old so I’m sure it wasn’t always easy to meet his demands yet Stephen and Holly did. They treated him like a member of their family. For pets coming over to my home for care, I have one female golden, Sia, who gets along well with all animals. I work part-time at Queen's University during the evenings and always have all daytimes free for whatever you or your pet has in mind for that day! I have strong safety senses and always come prepared with all the crucial first aid equipment and pet tools that could be needed in any situation. I also have the back of my car setup for pets, should yours need to be transported somewhere.

FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS, I do require a meet & greet before booking to ensure that everyone (including your pet) is comfortable and to be able to ask/answer any questions we may have for each other. I've found this helps to ensure trust between all of us. Please be upfront with any triggers or quirks so I know exactly how to take care of your pet. *The meet & greet is a FREE service to ensure we're all a good fit for each other before the stay. For the time being, I do not offer boarding in my home. During my stay with your pets, I provide the utmost care & attention to your pet & their needs. My main priorities are making sure your pet is as safe & as comfortable as possible in an already anxious situation with their parents being away. I have worked as an equine manager, I have worked at TSC, and currently am employed at a veterinary clinic where I was originally working with boarders. My skills include basic training, basic grooming, administering preventatives and medication (including insulin), providing effective and safe restraint, and I have taken multiple educational courses on animal welfare, behavior, and stress-free approach to handling. I work full time, but only mid day so I am more than capable of doing morning and afternoon visits as well as mid day on the weekends. I take care of animals the same way I would want to be cared for: with patience, kindness and love but above all safely.
