“Very accommodating for dog drop-off & pickup, and extending stay with day’s notice. Had a confident presence when we dropped dog off which left us assured of her experience.”

“Tara does an amazing job, even if my Charlie was a little trouble maker and rolled in goose poop. Tara always has great communication. Thank you for Loving Charlie”

“Katie and her family were perfect Rover parents. We had to be gone 2 weeks, and we heard at least once or twice a day from them. What a gift of peace of mind to know our dog was being loved and included in their family. THANK YOU KATIE!!”

“Molly was kind, very accommodating, helpful and responsive. My dog had a blast playing with the other dogs she was caring for and came home happy and exhausted.”

“Amazing! A home away from home for my fur baby, Shianne. Brooke is very attentive, knowledgeable, caring, detail-oriented with outstanding and professional communication. Loved the daily updates and pictures. Remy and Shianne formed the most adorable bond. Already looking forward to our next stay!”

“Hadyn did an amazing job with Arty! After the meet and greet he was very excited he got to go to her house. He absolutely loved Haydn and her dog Asher. Arty was so happy when I picked him up and would have stayed longer if I let him. Will definitely use Hadyn again.”

“We left our cat with Valerie for 5 days while we were gone on a trip. My cat can be rather high maintenance plus she does not tolerate other animals well. Valerie and her family worked hard to accommodate my cat's particular needs and tried to make her as comfortable as possible, making sure she had her own space away from the household pets. They even gave her a nice grooming so my cat came home looking better than when she left! I checked in daily asking for updates and pictures and Valerie always sent them.”

“Lynn & her husband were a hospitable, kind and wonderful environment for our senior dog to leave in during a vacation. We did a meet & greet and I could tell that they were dog lovers and had a kind attitude towards dogs. They also made sure that our dog was not alone at all due to their sensitive and kind attitude. I would highly recommend them for your dog care.”

“Alison was great with our dog and has a perfect location! She was kind and attentive, easy to schedule and communicate with, so we have no complaints.”

“Sadie had a great time playing with Erwin and I could tell she was in a great place so I didn't have to worry while on vacation!”

“Great sitter”

About: I have been relied on to care for friends, family, and neighbors pets since I was old enough to take responsibility. When I was 14, my helping of peoples pets started when I watched a family friends dog for 4 years during week days and occasional weekends. I worked at a doggie day care facility for 4 months at the end of 2021, doing all duties that go into caring for our furry friends. I went to college to get a degree as a Veterinary Technician for a year and a half. During the time of schooling I worked in a vet clinic and took on the job role as a kennel technician, helping out with anything and everything I could get my hands on. I dropped school because of personal and external obstacles but would love to go back in the future to finish. I only aim to please and never disappoint! Please choose me to be your pets new best friend! I'm currently working full time Mon-Thurs 630AM-4PM, Fri 630AM-1030AM. I am mostly available during weekends. The earlier you book with me, the better. I like to plan ahead. I try to be flexible and fit in your pet sitting needs! When caring for pets in a clients home, I am sure to make sure that I am careful when first meeting animals as I know it could be dangerous because of their protectiveness. I make sure to look over instructions twice, and double check that all to-dos are completed before leaving the clients home. I make sure to potty before I leave each time to avoid messes and make sure that they get exercise/attention during my time with them, as I know they feel down without someone home with them.

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life. Also have associates degree in Vet assistant. Worked at a vet clinic as well. Have dog sat for multiple friends and have had multiple dogs in our home many many times. I love animals and am thinking of starting business at home for doggie daycare/sitting! I currently work full time but trying to see if I can make this full time income. When home, our dogs are on the couch with us! Our yard is not yet currently fenced in but we have tie out so they can run. We also have dogs here for a friend

“Megan was absolutely amazing! EXACTLY what we were looking for! Our Coco instantly felt comfortable and very much enjoyed her stay. We were able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about our pup. She sent many updates via pictures and text and kept inconstant communication. I will reccomend Megan to everyone we know! Thank you SO much Megan!”

Thorp dog parents share their Rover experiences
Val was a 5 star sitter and nothing less. She had so much patience and fun watching my deaf puppy. She fufilled his needs to the fullest. Was very current on updates and photos the whole time. Glad I have someone I trust to watch my fur baby when need be. Thank you Val!

Valerie is such a kind and friendly person! She truly cares and is very attentive. From the photos she sent, my pups looked relaxed, happy, and completely at ease. When I picked them up, they were content—and totally exhausted, which tells me they had plenty of playtime and attention. I would absolutely recommend Valerie to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets like family.
