Before we even met Emily and her fiance, a customer of theirs told us out side that we are going to Love them, they are great! Fluffy warmed up to Emily very quickly. Before leaving that day I was convinced Emily was the best decision for Fluffy. While away she sends updates and pictures. Very informative and responsive. I had no worries at all.
