About: Hi! I'm Nieves. I have been caring for animals all my life. My pet sitting experience includes many breeds of small, medium, and large dogs and cats. I have also taken care of rabbits, turtles, fish, and many kinds of reptiles. I understand how hard it is to care for pets when you are busy with work and life's responsibilities, that's why I am dedicated to devoting my time and energy into helping you care for your pets in the best way possible. Your pet is also welcome to come to my house. I am willing to have them on my bed, couch, or bed of their own- whichever you prefer. I have a large yard and two acres of unfenced land. I would be happy to take your pet to the vet, monitor and administer their meds, and take care of them and love them as much as you do. I really believe that pets should be treated with the same respect, caring, and love that we as people expect. I hope to meet and your pet soon! About: I had pets all through childhood and now I've got 4 dogs and 8 indoor cats plus some chickens and ducks. We also have 2 children who adore animals. My skills with pets is heating what they are saying and getting on their level, or giving them space o If needed. I am on short term disability due to medical issues of the autoimmune variety so I am home all the time! I can let dogs out when needed and play with cats. I have lots of availability. I have a fenced in backyard for the dogs (6 foot high wire fence), crates, kennels, rooms that can be shut off from the house, etc. Our animals can also be sectioned off if necessary for the stay.

About: People say I am an animal whisper. Specifically pets. However, I don’t consider myself a whisperer. I call it RESPECT. I treat any animal like it’s my own (I have 5) and I get on the same level with the furry friend (both literally and intellectually). And yes, people may think I’m weird because I talk to the animals out loud but I believe animals who are living organisms (like people) get RESPECT! I currently work part-time. But that won’t stop me. I have 4 days off usually through out the week. Depending on my schedule I’m going to provide services on my days off of my part time job. If a time will not work for both you and me then I will make a priority to try and arrange a time to provide a service as soon as possible. I will walk your furry companions as long as you would like. If it’s really hot out no matter if it’s a short or long walk, I can bring a container and a thing of water as well as during the walk. I will provide rest breaks in the shade. Pet sitting I will play with them, make sure there food is always available (clients preference) and if they need to go out I’ll be happy to take them out.

About: I’ve taken care of all dogs big and small and love every one of them (especially the big ones). My family has owned dogs since I was a young child. I am a trained EMT so I understand the basics of administering medication if your dog has specific needs. I have an extremely flexible routine and work primarily from home, so I have a lot of time to spend caring and playing with your dog. I’m an active person so if your dog likes to run that’s a plus! Our home is located on a large plot of land, so we have lots of space for your dog to run around and play outside, safely. Soon we will have a large, fenced area to play off-leash.

I am aware of the drastic New England temperatures, as I've lived her all my life, and I take that into great consideration when caring for the animals entrusted in my care. I will send you pictures and updates, you can call to check in at anytime at all. I have always practiced safety first when working with animals. I truly love them all, and will take necessary precautions to prevent anything negative happening. I make them feel at home while in my care, they are allowed free range of my home. I know some dogs can go unleashed, but I do NOT let them off leash while in my care. I apologize for this, but I will walk them on a leash as many times as they like!
