About: Hi I'm Matt. I'm a big animal lover, and have been in the animal field for 15yrs working with all different types of wildlife. Have experience in giving vaccines(IM or SQ), oral meds, and basic care. I have since moved onto a new adventure in lawncare. I have been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with a German Shepherd, a purebred Samoyed, and a tabby cat. Currently, I have 2 beagle-shepherd mixes, Hunter and Holmes, who are 2 of the sweetest boys you will meet. We are often outdoors taking our daily walk, hiking local state parks, camping, or just working in the yard. I have always loved being around animals, especially dogs, and find that having them brings such happiness to life. The boys and I are together daily. I currently work typically Mondays thru Fridays sometimes varied or longer hours. However, we always make time to go for a walk daily, and on the weekends typically are out exploring. Hunter gets meds twice a day in a pill supplement as well as I trim their nails and baths occasionally. I currently rent a duplex that has a fenced backyard, and also have a spare bedroom and wire kennel if needed. Typically my dogs free roam during the day, and are good to be alone overnight or up to 10hrs which can allow me to spend time with your furry friend.

Plenty of love I have to give, but I also have the experience of 35 years as a science teacher. I’m well-versed in how animals like dogs and cats talk to us through their gestures. Dogs evolved with humans, and I understand that relationship and how dogs meet our emotional needs. Please read my first four reviews which I received from pet owners that I served even before signing up with Rover. The pet owner decides when treats are allowed, if table scraps are allowed, and how much food to give. The dog decides when it wants to go potty. 😉 Just in case, I usually take the dog out before it decides and always before any discomfort. Snuggles welcome. 🐾🥰😻 When serving you and your pet, I like to send pictures. We can also use FaceTime or Zoom to check in. 🐶🤩 At age 61, I’ve been a retired teacher for 3 years, and my activity level allows me to run or play with your beloved dog. In your home, I follow instructions and do the routine for your beloved just like you would. However, if I’m allowed to give more snuggles, or more walks, or more training than you normally have time for, I’m at your service.

About: I used to be a certified veterinary technician in Wisconsin and moved to California in July 2019. I have a lot of experience working with dogs and I used to dog sit for some friends over night when I was in college. I grew up with several animals and am an absolute animal lover. Nothing is better than snuggling up and loving animals. I worked as a kennel assistant for a year before becoming a vet tech. I've handled multiple dogs at a time before and love playing with them all. I love all types of dogs and getting them active. I am available at all times of day. I can do over night stays to take care of your fur baby. I will take all the pictures you’d like to keep you updated about your pets stay. With my experience in a vet clinic I've learned to handle all ages, sizes, and different health issues of pets. I am currently a full time student but all of my classes are online so I’m home full time. So your pet won’t be home alone for long during the week. When your pets stay with me they’ll be able to play with my two huskies also. They are great with all pups and know when to give them a break and when to keep playing. I can't wait to make your fur baby feel at home! I’m currently unemployed so your pets will have plenty of attention and play time with me. They’ll have a great balance of play and relaxation. I have a fenced yard and two dogs to keep your pet company. They will get a ton of exercise with these two but they’ll also get a lot of snuggles and love too.

About: Dog owner x 30years. Had 2 dogs x 10 years, otherwise only 1 dog. Dogs enjoyed family adventures. Currently enjoying being a Grandma to my Grand pastor and foster pups Working part-time as RN, Jazzercise and caregiver for seniors. Schedule flexible. Have a SUV that I can transport dog to the dog park if desired. I use a long leash for yard. Enjoy walking dogs on heel when in residential areas. Enjoy the variety of parks, hiking trails and water in my neighborhood.

“Hannah was so incredibly kind and loving with my puppy Winston. We did a meet & greet the day prior to her checking in on him which put me at ease. Hannah is very detail-oriented and truly just wants the best for your pup. Sometimes I worry I give too much detail or that I am too picky in how my puppy is cared for, but I didn’t feel that way at all with Hannah. She was reassuring and wanted to know details to provide consistency for our puppy. Hannah was also super accommodating and flexible. We love Hannah and I have a feeling Hannah will become a regular caretaker for our puppy while my fiance and I are at work! 🩵🩵”

I am very flexible, I'm available most of the time and love to meet new pets. I try to fit the needs of pet owners where I can. I don’t plan on doing any home care. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old and have a passion for giving them the best life! I will treat your pet as my own, making sure they are well taken care of and happy. I'm always ready and willing to go for walks, give them approved treats, lots of play time and willing to give them medicines if needed as well! I am available most of the time!! I can be available for early morning walks, afternoon potty breaks, or weekend runs around the block! Pets are a huge priority in my life and I will make your pet one of my biggest priorities. I currently have three rescue dogs and one rescue cat. I understand that every pet is different in their comfort level with humans. I will work with your pet, at their comfort level, to ensure we create a positive and safe relationship. If possible, I'd be happy to set up play dates with other dogs as well! Leashes and harnesses are what I use for my pets, but I'm open to walking your pet how they walk best.
