This was our first time utilizing the services of Sarah and we were pleased with the experience. She willingly met us a week ahead of time so that our dog could meet her and her dog. Sarah works from home and it was a comfort knowing that Sarah was available to our Gracie at most any moment of the day. Jessica took care of Chloe over the weekend and was great! She was extremely responsive on Rover and was accommodating to when I was able to drop my dog off and pick her up.
