Pet Sitting in Temple Hill

About: We lost our last little guy in February 2024. It’s the first time in 35+ years without at least one dog under the same roof, and it’s felt like something essential is missing. I have such a love for dogs, and would love to pass that on to yours while you have to be away from them. That’s my main reason for being a Rover Sitter. I’m semi-retired and work from home, so your dog(s) will get my full attention. Your dog(s) will get care, love, playtime and exercise. Outside, they'll be supervised, whether they’re just roaming, playing or doing their business. I myself love to walk, and welcome having your dog as my walking buddy. Inside, they'll get a lot of attention and affection whether playing ball, or just chilling out. If you've got a senior, I am very experienced in that care, whether simple TLC, boosts when standing, meds, multiple bathroom breaks, etc. Our dogs were allowed on the furniture, and slept on the bed with us; I respect and will follow your rules for that, though. For those who like to sleep in their own "den," I have a lot of experience with crate training also. I'm happy to do a meet-and-greet before the first visit to make sure everybody's comfortable -- both canine and human. Photos and updates are happily available while you're away. I work from home, and have a very flexible schedule throughout the day. I can sit with your dog(s) any day of the week and/or weekend. About: i have hands on experience working in pet care for 2 years and counting. Having worked as an operations manger at a shelter where i oversaw all pet care, handling, medications , feeding and etc! Currently, i work at a doggy day care/ boarding facilty! Where i continue to provide attentive care, manage group play time, maintain a safe environment for all the dogs!! My background is combined with leadership and a huge compassion for all animals! I currently work at a doggy daycare/ boarding facilty. i have a fairly consistent schedule of M-F 6am-3pm!! which will allow me to have some flexibility & reliably plan around schedules and make accommodations as needed! While i do live in apartment with a large unfenced grassy area , i provide a safe , supervised outdoor time using leashed or long leads if preferred for exercise & potty breaks! Inside, pets are kept comfortable in a pet- friendly environment shared with my dog & 2 cats! I ensure all pets will be monitored closely at all times , given plenty of attention & kept on regular routines to feel at home. I’m willing to accommodate as much as i can to make your pets feel as comfortable s possible!

About: I have an Australian Shepherd. I have firsthand experience caring for terriers, huskies, labs, and many other breeds. I also often volunteer at local animal shelters. I have training experience and am excited to meet your pet! I treat all animals as if they were my children and give them all the love and attention possible! I currently work full-time out of my home during the week. My weekends are open & available and I am ready to care for your animal! I provide frequent updates concerning your pets wellbeing giving you the comfort and peace of mind that your pet is well taken care of while in my care.

About: As a passionate pet lover, I can assure you that your pets are in great hands. If your pets appreciate special love and attention then you have reached the right person. I have grown up with pets and have had a pet throughout most of my life, so pet care comes naturally. I have cared for puppies to senior dogs and I love them all. If your pet requires walks and playtime I am more than happy to offer that and more. I have an incredible passion for pets so love and care will be what they will receive. I retired a few months ago, so I am available for pet care 7 days a week for as many daily visits as would be needed. Overnight stays at your home or mine can be an option. Prior to my retirement, I was able to pet sit part-time. Now I am available and excited to be able to help more people with their pet care needs on a full-time basis. In your home, your pet will have the same loving care that you give them. But beware, they may get a little extra spoiled under my care.

About: I’ve been a life-long animal lover and pet caretaker for my own furry family members and others as well. I’ve cared for small cats and dogs up to 100+ pound doggos. If your pet needs to be picked up or carried that’s no issue for me! I own and operate a business that allows me a lot of flexibility and free time so I can care for my pets and yours almost any time. My 3 dogs are my family. We share living spaces, eating spaces and napping spaces! I love sharing car rides with them and taking them on walks with the family.

About: I have had animals my entire life, I’ve had little dogs and big dogs! I currently have 5 dogs, goats, chickens, pigs and three horses! I’m very comfortable with all animals. I’m flexible with what you need done, and I am comfortable giving medication if needed. I am a stay at home mom to a sweet 4 month old, but occasionally work as a hospice nurse. I am available any time I’m not working! I will treat your fur babies the way I would want mine treated and loved. I have hired people to take care of my animals plenty of times, and I know the trust it takes.

About: I was a proud pet parent of a beautiful rescue puppy named, Rylee. We adopted her from the animal shelter when she was 6 weeks old, and gave her a wonderful life for over 13 years. Sadly, she passed away. While I do not have a dog of my own, at the present time, I have lots of love and attention to share with your dog! I am very patient and loving and would treat your pets as I would my very own. I am a recent retiree. My availability is negotiable and I would try to work with your needs, but would primarily be available from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m, Monday - Friday. I am available to come to your home to visit with your pets, and to feed and walk them. I will take the time to earn your dog's trust and will do everything possible to keep them safe.

About: Servicing Jonesborough, Johnson city, Erwin, and surrounding areas! Very flexible for the holidays :). I have taken care of all types of dogs and cats in all types of situations. I have 2 years experience as a periodical live-in dogsitter. I've had and cared for animals for 9 years. I grew up in the country and sometimes animals would show up at my family's door. We have raised 4 stray cats, a litter of kittens, and a litter of puppies. I will do almost any pet-related task, it is hard to gross me out. I plan on caring for pets over the holiday period, and am not looking for any full-time positions. I will be here from mid December-mid january, but can pet sit 24 hours a day 7 days a week during that time. I am a fairly laid-back pet owner and deeply care for my animals. Your pet will get lots of love and attention. I am willing to help potty train/discipline to the owner's discretion, but I always prefer positive reinforcement. I can administer pet medications and be very watchful and present.

About: I grew up on a farm so I have a lot of experience helping and sitting various different animals but especially dogs! I’m very good with high energy dogs or pups with anxiety! I am currently working from home so I’m very flexible when it comes to my schedule. I look forward to meeting you and your baby! I love to play with all animals. I, of course, would follow whatever schedule you have set for your baby & provide all the cuddles and play time they need.
