She is amazing at communication and making sure you and your dogs feel comfortable. She sent pictures and updates throughout their stay which made being away so much easier and relaxing. Jacob was great at communicating and sent photos of my dog without being prompted. He was fine with giving my dog three different kinds of medication. He has a fenced in backyard that my dog enjoyed. We'll be using him again for future out of town trips.
