About: I grew up with dogs around my entire life, and I have had my own dog since 2009. Oscar was rescued from a local shelter as a puppy and has been the best thing ever! I have dog sat for friends and family members over weekends and while they were on longer vacations.I have experience with small to large dogs, and several different breeds. My husband also loves dogs- he brought another good boy (Kobey) into the marriage so now we are a family of four :) We live in a very safe neighborhood with a fenced in backyard with lots of sidewalks for long walks! We would love to watch over your fur-babies while you are away! Your pet will be like family with us :) I am currently a stay at home mom so I am not away from home for very long! She completed the visit on time. Her initial communication about my dog’s behavior caught me off guard, as it suggested aggression I had not seen before. After talking it through and reviewing camera footage together, we both agreed it was normal large puppy play behavior and we talked through commands she could use if she wasn't comfortable with the way he was playing. Since then, Joanne has watched Onyx again and it was a much better experience! Joanne has been great—very communicative and professional.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
