About: I grew up on a farm and have taken care of a variety of animals. I worked in veterinary medicine for 8 years and spent two years in high school working for a dog and cat boarding facility. Currently a medical student, I have a lot of flexibility. I’m able to complete morning, midday, and/or evening walks. I am often available on weekends. I have a fenced in porch and can take dogs out on leash. I live close by to the rail trail and in a very walkable neighborhood. I can administer topical, oral, and subcutaneous medications.

About: My mother is a veterinarian with her own practice, so I grew up around an abundance of animals and know plenty about caring for them. My career allows me to choose my own schedule, I don't usually have shifts longer than 5/6 hours long. This allows me to take dogs out for walks or to a dog park, or I can just go home and hang out with my cat. I have a large fenced in yard with access to woods, plenty of local trails for dog walks, local lake of your dog likes to swim. Dogs and cats in my home, but there's a good sized guest bedroom that is kept closed of from the rest of my home if you have a pet that is less friendly with others.

About: Active on rover a couple of years during medical school, now looking to supplement my free attending time with furry friends to explore the upper valley! I love to hike and ski, always happy to take your pet on a fun adventure! I do shift work usually, so my schedule might not be very consistent, but I’m happy to work with you on it, just let me know! I’ve had plenty of time dog sitting, working at rover for a few years in Portland Maine and taking care of my husband’s family dog for weeks on end. Since my condo is rather small, I prefer petting sitting at their home. I like to keep their routine schedule, so would prefer clear instructions on the pet’s day to day.

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. Looking to get my own, but in the meantime, would be excited to watch yours. I have plenty of toys and treats and I’m happy to do anything that makes you feel comfortable to keep your furry friend happy! I currently work at Dartmouth Hitchcock full-time which is why I typically can only watch during the weekend. My flexibility means I can also sometimes work remote. Depending on your preference, I’m sure we can work out something great. I am happy to do anything that makes you feel comfortable. I love to go for a walk, so I’m happy to take them down to the small park that we have. Or if they’re not much of a walker, I’m happy to sit and relax as long as they know how to pick a TV show.

About: Hi, I'm Mandy. I'm a nurse originally from CT. I like to be outside and am always looking for a new adventure! I started dog walking about 2 years ago through Wag! and have provided walks and sitting services for many pups since then! Previously, I had been dog walking and overnight sitting for friends and family. I have a mini dachshund of my own who is the absolute love of my life and I will treat your dog like one of my own. I'm a travel nurse between assignments looking for extra cash (so I can treat my own dog to an amazing life!). My schedule is very flexible which will help accommodate your dogs needs! I know when I use walker apps for my own dog, I expect the walker to provide a safe, happy exercise experience. The safety of your pet is the most important and I will do everything I can to help facilitate a fun and stress free environment.

About: My adult daughter brought home a pup 4 years ago and I have been forever changed. I now get the unconditional love thing. I want to be around animals more than I do people!!! SO I am relatively new at it but very enthusiastic and want to help the owners. For the summer, I wanted a little more freedom in my life so I am choosing to try pet care for three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Currently, I am not available for weekends - although there might be an occasional weekend I might be available. I am happy to care for pets in your home and will adhere to all your guidelines! I am also currently working on gaining my first dog training certification (expected July 2025). My training specialty has landed on service dogs, but I still have experience with basic obedience, tricks, and behaviour modification. While I do work a regular job, I dedicate the rest of my time to helping you and your dog(s) in whatever way you need. Be it check-ins, house sitting, or walks! No matter what, I prioritise your pup’s comfort and safety. I pay close attention to body language and behaviour changes to make sure they stay safe, happy, and stress-free. Any instructions are followed closely to ensure your pup’s routine is kept consistent, medications are given on time, and any preferences are respected. For walks and drop-ins I focus on creating a fun, enriching experience while still prioritising safety. For house sitting, I treat your home with care and respect. I stick to your dog’s regular routine as close as possible and make sure that their needs are met. I’m also able to take your pup to veterinary and grooming appointments if needed. We can even go for a hike or to the beach with your permission! But please note I do NOT take dogs to dog parks.

About: I work remotely for an international development organization based in DC. My schedule is flexible, leaving me plenty of time to spend outdoors with some new furry friends! I have always loved taking care of dogs and come from a large, dog-owning family. There is no fenced in area, but we have trails on our property for dogs to walk (on leash) or run (depending on your comfort and their recall).
