About: Hi! I’m Sarah 👋 I’m a part-time dog walker and sitter based in the Lakeville/Hawley area. I grew up with dogs my entire life, including a Black Lab Pitbull mix, and I currently help care for my brother’s dogs—a German Shepherd, Boston Terrier mix, and another mixed breed. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Whether your pup needs a relaxing walk, playtime, or a cozy stay at my home, I’ll treat them like one of my own. I’m reliable, caring, and always focused on keeping your dog safe, happy, and loved 🐶💕 Im currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your furry family! 🐶 From walks to playing indoors your pups will be well taken care of! My home has a calm, cozy lake-house cottage vibe. We’re located in a quiet development on a low-traffic dirt road in the Lakeville/Hawley area. The neighborhood is peaceful, especially in the winter, and while summers can be a bit busier, it remains very walkable and relaxed. We have both a front yard and a backyard with a hill that leads down toward the lake, perfect for fresh air and scenic walks. Inside, the environment is calm and comfortable, with two couches (including a pull-out couch) and beds upstairs where dogs can relax and feel at home. There are no other pets in the home, and I’m home often to provide supervision, attention, and care throughout the day.

About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for over 10 years. I grew up with multiple dogs at a time and started helping take care of them from a young age. I’m pretty active and strong, so I’m comfortable walking and handling most dog breeds, including larger and higher-energy dogs. I’m used to feeding, walking, playing with, and just spending time with dogs and making sure they’re well taken care of. I’m currently taking online college classes, so my schedule is pretty flexible throughout the week. I’m home most days and can usually work around whatever schedule your dog is used to, whether that means walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of pretty much any size and always try to stick to whatever routine they’re used to. I’ll follow any instructions you leave for feeding, walks, medications, crates, or anything else they need. I’m also active and strong enough to safely walk and handle most breeds.

About: I have been around animals since I was very young and loved every minute of it. I am lucky to have over 7 years with my Belgian Malinois, Cooper, in my life! Nothing bring me more joy than taking care of, feeding, walking, playing, and simply sharing the same space of all sorts of pets! I have many years experience taking care of Dogs, Cats, Birds, and Small Rodents and look forward to meeting all of your fuzzy family members! I currently work from home where I set my own hours so I am flexible on both Weekdays and Weekends and can be available early morning throughout the afternoon. I will follow all of your current routines and guidelines for all of your pets to make sure everyone is happy and healthy. I require a meet and greet with the pet beforehand to make sure we are a good fit, I would not want your precious pet to be stressed or anxious!

Lets set up a meet and greet to see if im a good fit for your family. I am licensed, insured and pet safety certified and provide services full time in pike county. My days are usually booked with many happy customers. I provide services in the clients home so their pet can feel comfortable, safe and secure in their own environment. Visits are usually around 30 minutes but can be longer if needed.

About: I will give your dog(s) my undivided attention. They will be fed and taken for walks. I will engage with them throughout the day, as I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I will care for them just like they were my own pet. Being a dog owner myself, I understand how much they mean to their families. In case of an emergency at home or work, I will provide the necessary care for your dogs. I have a unique bond with every dog I meet and truly enjoy their company, ensuring they receive plenty of affection. In the past, I have cared for my family's dogs, feeding and walking them nearly every day. I am knowledgeable about how to handle dogs safely. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to dog-sit and walk the dogs entrusted to my care. Pet caring is one of my passion because they bring so much joy to our lives. With this being said after work I do appreciate the love my fur babies give me. I love to play and run with fur babies and I also get my weekly exercise in! I have a yard that they can run freely in. They will have access to my balcony for when they need cooling and some quiet.

About: I've been taking care of pets since before I remember. Growing up I cared of neighbors', family members' and friends' pets on a multitude of occasions to go on long walks, feed, bathe, and give attention to whilst they are away. Ive taken care of newborn kittens and puppies as well as elderly fuzzy friends who need meds and daily iv's/shots. Ive even assisted a cat birth and successfully resuscitated a kitten! I am comfortable with giving all animals even exotics the care love and attention they deserve. I've had many cats and dogs of my own over the years and have cared for my families' beagle mix who is 15 yrs old and thriving. I've fostered over 7 cats, and have 4 cats currently! I'm currently trying to do this full time with the help of my husband. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, including a Black Lab, Miniature Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Being around such different breeds has taught me that every dog has their own personality, energy level, quirks, and way of showing you what they need. I also have hands-on experience caring for dogs in my family. I regularly help care for my sister’s two dogs—a 1-year-old Corgi and a 13-year-old English Bulldog. Having both a young, energetic dog and a senior dog has given me an appreciation for how different their needs can be. One may want to play, explore, and keep you moving, while the other may need a slower pace, extra patience, comfort, and a little more attention. I also frequently care for a French Bulldog in my family when his dad needs someone he trusts to look after him. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog individually and learning their routines, personalities, favorite activities, and little quirks. I also have experience caring for Ozzie, my mom’s boyfriend’s 7-year-old Whoodle. Spending time with Ozzie has given me even more experience caring for an adult dog with his own personality, routines, and preferences. I enjoy taking the time to learn what makes each dog comfortable and happy rather than assuming every dog needs the same type of care. And of course, I can’t forget Mochi, my boyfriend’s approximately 5-year-old Chihuahua-Terrier mix. Mochi is another special part of my life and has given me even more experience getting to know a dog’s individual personality, routines, habits, and quirks. Caring for him has also taught me that sometimes the smallest dogs have the biggest personalities! What makes pet care special to me is that I don't look at it as simply a job or a checklist of feeding, walking, and letting a pet outside. Your pets are family, and I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while you're away. I’m naturally very patient, attentive, and nurturing with animals. I pay attention to the little things—whether a dog needs some extra exercise, some quiet time, reassurance in a new situation, or simply someone to sit beside them and give them some love. I’m also comfortable giving pets the time and space they need to warm up to me rather than expecting them to immediately feel comfortable. Whether your pup is a playful youngster, a laid-back senior, or somewhere in between, I’ll take the time to understand what makes them happy and make their care feel as close to home as possible. And because I’m a lifelong animal lover, I genuinely believe that four little paws come with a whole lot of love—and deserve a whole lot right back. My schedule is currently flexible, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week, including weekends when available. I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual routine and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, companionship, and care they need. I communicate openly with pet parents and do my best to be dependable and flexible with scheduling. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or visiting for a walk or drop-in, I treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I would want for my own. Before caring for a pet, I like to learn about their normal routine, personality, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications if applicable, favorite activities, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. I’m patient with pets who may be shy or take some time to warm up to someone new, and I pay close attention to their behavior so I can recognize when something seems different. I’m also very mindful about doors, gates, leashes, feeding instructions, and keeping pets safely supervised. I want you to feel confident knowing that while you’re away, your pet is receiving loving, attentive care and your home is being treated respectfully. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, loved, and comfortable—and for you to have peace of mind while you’re away.
