Additionally, I have gone through the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Training with my adopted sweet baby angel Mali. I work for myself part-time as a handylady and do furniture restoration. About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I understand that it’s important to follow the rules and be safe. I know that you want your fur babies taken care of a certain way, which is exactly what I do. I have experience with all sizes of dogs and a lot of different breeds. I enjoy playing and being outside with my pet. I know I would want my fur baby to be taken care of if I wasn’t home to do so, and that’s what I want to do is to ensure you that your fur baby is in good hands and getting the care and attention they need and deserve! I work a full time job during the week 7-3. After 3 I am available to come and spend time with your pups and fur babies! I make sure to leave everything in the home better than what I left it. I make sure all doors are locked when leaving, I make sure fence doors are shut before letting dog out if that’s what the owner wants. I always double check everything before leaving and follow any and all rules for whoever’s house I am dropping in at.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, from cats, dogs, cows, ferrets, fish, ducks, chickens, hamsters, leopard geckos, and rabbits! I currently have 3 dogs and a cat. I made my account a few years ago but never finished setting it up, life happens lol. But for the past few years I have been pet and house sitting for multiple people. I would be more than happy to provide references and contact info for my past clients if they agree. Like I stated above, I have had animals my entire life. My house used to be referenced as the "petting zoo" when I was growing up. I'm comfortable feeding and tending to livestock or just your regular every day pets. I have been very lucky to say that I've only ever had one pet who needed serious medical attention. As she grew older her back legs slowly lost their function, after a few months I made the decision to put her down because her quality of life was decreasing. With being said, I have no issues taking care of handicap or medically complex pets. A little bit about myself, I've worked at a daycare for almost 4 years now, working with children from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. I also babysit and pet sit on the side. I am currently in school at South Louisiana Community College working towards my nursing degree! My dream and goal is to become either a Pediatric or Neonatal nurse. I currently work at a daycare part time, and I’m a enrolled student at SLCC working on my nursing degree. I’m home every night and majority of weekends! I also babysit and pet sit on the side! I have a fenced in yard and covered patio full of toys. Other dogs to play with. Welcomed inside/outside, free roam and kennel if needed! I can offer separate housing from my own animals if needed. I treat everyone’s babies as my own.

About: I've been in love with animals all my life. They were deep childhood friends and I feel a special bond with them. I grew up on a hobby farm and in 4-H. I am now a retired RN, and I'm enjoying being surrounded by animals again. I have taken care of domesticated cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils, guinea pigs, and birds. Any animal needing help or love grabs my heart. It is my goal to give this love to your cherished companion when you are gone. I also know how hard it can be for you to be separated from your pet, and am very conscientious about sending updates, pictures/videos and communicating anything else that needs to be communicated. I am working part time, and have afternoons, evenings and weekends available. I am hoping to build up a regular client base and have more time available soon. I live in a small home so I prefer to take care of your loved ones in your home. I am able to overnight: house-sitting, cleaning, and pet-sitting. I have plenty of time for walks, check-ins, and play-time on the days I am working, and welcome all-day care in your home on my time off. I am situationally aware and keep an eye on the environment at all times when walking your pup and playing, as well as on any potential escape routes or hazardous items if eaten or drunk. About: I have 12+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages. I currently share my home with my two rescues: Princess, a calm and loving 10-year-old lab mix, and Ross, a playful almost 3-year-old dachshund mix. My late German Shepherd, Thor, was with me for 7 wonderful years and passed in October of 2024 at 10 years old. Since 2021, I’ve been active in dog rescue and fostering, caring for countless pups including senior dogs, puppies, and even Amish puppy mill rescues who needed patience, rehab, and lots of love. Watching them blossom into happy, adoptable dogs has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. My dogs are truly my world, and I’ll treat yours like family too. I have a fenced-in yard for safe playtime and a cozy home where they’ll be loved. You can always count on me to keep you updated with photos and messages, so you know your furry friend is happy and cared for. Right now, I’m available throughout the week since I don’t begin my full-time job until the end of October. Once I start, I’ll still be available for boarding and drop-in visits—your pet will just need to be comfortable with me being away during normal work hours. In my home, your dog will have a safe and loving environment with plenty of playtime in my fenced-in yard. I can crate your pup if that’s what you prefer, or keep them free to relax with my own two dogs—whatever makes them most comfortable. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your routines and preferences closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or snuggles. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and cared for just like they do with you.

About: I grew up with all sorts of animals, and discovered I was a huge animal lover when I was young. Professional work experiences: Cat/Dogs Kennel technician for a veterinary facility, Canine daycare attendant, Canine caretaking, and I am currently a Canine Adoption Coordinator! I am only available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 6AM - 8PM ! I am available on Saturdays after 2PM if requested via chat ! I will care for the pets however the pet parents want because I know some pets are different from others. I will provide walks, medication, food, water, love, etc. I will also provide pet parents photo updates 3x a day or whenever they are requested!!

About: I’ve had pets as long as I can remember. My family has rescued, adopted, and bought animals of all kinds. We have chickens, ducks, and bunnies. I’ve raised my current dog(goldendoodle) from a seven week puppy, and I’m also currently helping raise a orphaned kitten. I have experience with dogs with disability’s and injuries as well. My shih tzu(family dog) went through a hard journey before us finding him. When we rescued him, he was injured and needed a delicate hand. I nurtured him back to health, and he is doing better than ever now living his best life in the country. I currently only work a part time job that’s under 10 hours a week, so I’ll have plenty of time to spoil and spend time with your furbabies when you are away😊 I can assure you that your furbaby will be as safe as possible whenever he or she is under my care. I have no problem if they need extra attention, extra instructions to care for them, etc. Whatever they need, we will work something out to make sure they are as safe and happy as possible.

About: I have two rescue pups that I’ve had for over 9 years that are the sweetest and have made me fall in love with doggos! I will take care of your pup like they are my own and make sure they have all the fun. I can send photos and update you on your animals at all times! I’m currently working part time as a physical therapist so I have plenty of time to take care of and check on your pup throughout the week! I have a fenced yard and safe home for any dog. I have 2 dogs of my own that I keep separate from new dogs and only introduce if appropriate and safe!

About: I have been grooming dogs for over 20 years. I currently volunteer my free time at Hearts Alive Village Adoption. I love caring for animals always have.
