I enjoy getting outside and staying active, so daily walks and playtime are something I genuinely look forward to. During drop in visits, I make sure your pet’s needs are fully met with fresh water, feeding, potty breaks, play, and of course lots of affection. For walks, I prioritize safety, awareness, and making sure your dog gets both physical exercise and mental stimulation at their own pace. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine. Whether your dog is high energy and loves long walks or prefers a slower, sniff and stroll pace, I’m happy to tailor each visit to what makes them happiest and most comfortable. You can feel confident knowing your fur baby will receive attentive, dependable care and be treated like family while you’re away. As a stay at home mom, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to offer flexible scheduling for drop in visits and walks. I’m able to plan my day around your pet’s needs whether that’s a morning potty break, a midday visit, or an afternoon walk. Because I’m already in a structured routine, I’m dependable and consistent. I understand how important timing is for feeding schedules, bathroom breaks, and medication if needed, and I make punctuality a priority. Weekdays are typically very open, and I’m also available for many weekends with advance notice. My goal is to provide reliable care that feels seamless and stress free for both you and your pet. When caring for pets, their safety and comfort are my top priorities. During drop in visits, I follow your pet’s routine closely, making sure they have fresh water, proper feeding, clean litter boxes, and safe spaces to relax. I always supervise interactions and pay attention to any changes in behavior or health. For walks, I keep dogs on a leash at all times, stay aware of surroundings, and adjust the pace and route to suit their energy level and comfort. I also make sure your home stays secure by keeping doors locked, gates closed, and anything potentially harmful out of reach. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with gentle care, respect for their personality, and patience while building trust. My goal is to create a safe, stress free, and happy experience for your fur baby while you’re away.

About: I have been working and caring for animals for about 4 years now. I am an aspiring Veterinarian, I recently just graduated in December 2022 with a B.S. in Animal Science at LSU. Currently I am working towards my next step of applying for Veterinary schools and building my experience as a Veterinary Technician. I currently work full time as a Veterinary Technician at an animal shelter. I work a schedule of Thursday-Sunday. She let me know when she was on her way and arrived on time We met the day before for a meet and greet where my Dog was a bit nervous but she was able to calm him and get him to relax. She took him out two times within a half hour so she could make sure he was ok I would highly recommend Kayla and plan to have her take care of my dog again soon”

About: I have been around animals ever since I was born. I have had 4 dogs and 9 cats throughout my life. I have been trusted to watch family, friends, and neighbors pets. I love going on walks with dogs and working on basic commands such as sit, lay down, and paw. I enjoy playing with cats and giving them all of the pets if the cat seems like they want them. I can’t wait to help you take care of your pets! I have a pretty open schedule so I am available to take care of your pets throughout the day, any day of the week. I will have plenty of time to walk and play with your pets. When on walks I’ll make sure your dog is close to me when other dogs are present and make sure interactions with other dogs are limited to insure your dog’s safety. When it’s just your dog, I will give them time to sniff and go to the bathroom as they please. Inside of the home I’ll make sure they don’t have access to items that will harm them. If there are multiple dogs I’ll make sure they are fed separately and monitored. I’ll also monitor them while playing to make sure everyone is safe.
