“Kimberly is a great pet sitter for our cat Homer. Homer has taken to her quickly, and she is reliable and responive. I will certainly be reaching out to Kimberly again whenever it is needed.”

“Erin house-sat for us when we needed a cat sitter for four days on short notice. She was amazing! Her connection to the kitties and thoughtful, conscientious approach to the care of our beloved companions set my mind at ease. It was clear from our first conversation that she was trustworthy and dependable, which was reassuring since we've never had a house-sitter. We have a senior cat who requires twice-daily medication and Erin handled all his special needs. She communicated clearly, left the house in excellent condition, and is also just a wonderful person all around!”

About: I have been raised in a home with pets and have never lived without them. I've had many different types of companions from tarantulas to rabbits to big lovable doggies. I currently have a puppy, Halo, a cat, Jake, and little Richie, my Betta. Wether it's play time with toys, nice walks around the neighborhood, hikes or cuddles, giving your friend what they need most is my top priority. If your dog is child friendly my 12 year old son could also come on occasion for extra play time. Sure makes monkey in the middle easier :) I am now available to help on weekends. I hope you will consider me to help you and your loved ones out. I hope your day is stress free and filled with cuddles.

“Venetia was so lovely with our dog who can be difficult with strangers. She was communicative throughout the whole process and flexible with our last minute travel changes. I couldn't ask for a better sitter.”

About: I’ve been a pet owner for 11 years. I work as a vet assistant. I am trained to read an animals body language and look for signs of distress. I am a very patient, caring, compassionate and empathetic individual. I genuinely enjoy meeting and caring for all types of animals, and I look forward to caring for yours! (: I do work full time, but otherwise I have open availability. About: Hi, I'm Marceline! Growing up with a wildlife rehabilitator for a parent, I was surrounded by animals from day one. From bottle-feeding baby raccoons to gently caring for injured birds, I learned early on the patience, empathy, and responsibility that animals deserve. That lifelong passion turned into a career of caring: I spent 4 years at a cat shelter, helping to socialize, medicate and find loving homes for many cats. Beyond that, I've volunteered extensively at Farm sanctuaries and animal shelters, gaining hands-on experience with dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, and more! Whether your pet is playful and energetic or shy and sensitive, I'm dedicated to providing calm, attentive, loving care that meets their unique needs. I know how important it is to trust someone with your animal family. You can count on me to treat your pets like my own - with respect, reliability and plenty of love. Let's connect - I'd love to meet you and your pets! Because I have an open schedule, I'm able to dedicate focused time throughout the day for walks, feedings, play, medication and whatever unique care each pet needs. I plan my day around their routines, not the other way around - whether that means early morning visits, midday potty breaks, evening cuddle time, or sleepovers. I'm used to structuring my day with animals in mind, especially my own cats and hermit crabs. Being attentive to animals' behaviors and needs is second nature to me, and I always make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and consistency throughout the day. When you leave your pet in my care, you're not just hiring someone to feed or walk them - you're trusting me with a member of your family. I take that responsibility seriously. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is at the heart of everything I do. I closely follow your pet's routines, dietary needs, and any medical requirements to make sure they stay happy and healthy. Im experienced in handling a wide range or animals - including those with special needs, and I always keep a close eye on behaviot and well-being When I visit your home for your pet, I strive to create a low-stress environment where they feel safe, relaxed, and loved. From cozy resting spots to familiar routines and gentle handling, I make sure your pet feels right at home with me.

About: I have had cats all of my life and dogs for at least the latter half of it. I can care for sick and elderly dogs and cats and can administer medications, even by subcutaneous injections. I am a mature man, available on a regular basis. My Golden Retriever and I look forward to sharing our time with your beloved pets. I do not have a fenced yard, and I do own a Golden Retriever. So, I do have limitations and restrictions when it comes to boarding. Regardless of whether I care for your pet in your home or in mine, they will receive gentle, loving treatment from an experienced pet daddy.

About: I’m a retired healthcare worker, mom, Nana to three grandchildren and 4 furry grandbabies. I’ve had many of my own fur babies overs the years but none currently. I’ve been house/pet sitting for the past two years through Trusted Housesitters and have cared for dogs, cats, chickens and even Bearded dragons from the northeast to the west coast and loved all of them! The sits were anywhere from two days to three weeks. I am comfortable with young pets to seniors and have no problem administering medication if needed. I am active and in good health and enjoy playtime and walks, as well as chillin inside on a cold rainy day. I am retired so I have plenty of time on my hands. So whether you need an hour, a day or a few weeks I’m available. I will care for your pets in your home and will happily do things the way you would when home. Exercise, playtime, walks, snuggles, and sleeping with me if that’s what they’re used to. What makes them makes me happy.

“Barbara is downright awesome. Leaving a pet for the first time is always tough, but Barbara made it as easy as could be. It doesn't hurt that our pooches both absolutely adore her! Beyond that, she was very communicative from the time we first messaged all the way up through the visit and beyond. We had a somewhat last minute family emergency that meant we had to cancel one visit and shift another, and Barbara was very understanding and flexible. Our pups can really be handful together (or by themselves sometimes, if we're being honest), but Barbara followed our instructions for how to play with them without it getting out of hand and by all accounts everyone had a blast. We got lots of wonderful pictures and updates from Barbara of our pups with their happiest faces on, playing with each other and by themselves. As I write this, the morning after coming home, our pooches are happy and playful but rested and not overly insane, just like I'd expect after day of good fun. I (and really, my dogs Tina & Russell) would absolutely recommend giving your dogs the opportunity to hang out with Barbara next time you need to get away.”

Hannah C.
“Hannah has loved animals her entire life. All of her toys as a kid were animal related. She had a white lab, Samantha, when she was very young and always took tried to care for "her" dog. As she grew up, Hannah had a variety of pets ranging from rabbits, to hamsters to fish and frogs. Her favorite animal was always a giraffe. We are thankful there were no shelter giraffes in our area. If the teacher needed a student to take the class animal home for the holidays, Hannah always volunteered. The teacher had no issues with giving her this responsibility since Hannah always took great care of them in class. Hannah always asked for a dog growing up. She had many friends who had dogs and she would enjoy going to their houses and playing with them. Once again, when her friends would go on vacation, they would ask Hannah to watch their dog because they knew she would take great care of them. Finally, Hannah was able to get a dog, a rescue dog, Fynn, and she's the best Dog Mom. She provides Fynn with everything he could need from toys, to cookies, to medicine to plenty of activities to keep Fynn in shape. Fynn loves Hannah and is very sad when Hannah is not around. Hannah continues to watch other dogs when their owners need some help. The owners know their pets will be in good hands when they're with Hannah.”

SuEllen B.
“Our pup Maple LOVES SuEllen for so many reasons, but probably the biggest one is her calm and friendly energy. Maple is grown now, but even when she was a new, young, rescue with quite a bit of anxiety with new people, SuEllen was one of the first people Maple happily welcomed into our home for sitting. We feel so safe and happy leaving Maple with her, since we know she will receive so much care, attention, and love!”

Knowing she has training in animal CPR and first aid gives me confidence that she can offer the best care for all my pets. Logan L.
“I’ve known Logan for over 10 years. When I became the Operations Manager at the Ulster County SPCA, Logan stood out as the best employee on our team for many reasons. She is a true team player—kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward both people and animals. Logan began her work in animal care and never hesitated to get her hands dirty. Her versatility and dedication allowed her to wear many hats, including taking on management roles. She has overseen the care of both cats and dogs, managed daily routines, monitored medical conditions, and facilitated adoptions. In addition, she played a critical role in training animals, staff, and volunteers alike. Logan is dependable, empathetic, reliable, and honest. She has a warm, calming presence and an incredible personality that puts everyone at ease. She truly has a gift with animals—she recently worked with a difficult, untrained dog belonging to a family member, and in just one session, she was able to get the dog to peacefully coexist with another it had previously tried to attack. I would trust Logan completely—with my animals, my home, and without hesitation.”

I have seen Bethany in action with her own pets and she has always been kind sensitive loving and compassionate in caring for them. I am absolutely certain that she would do the same for any animal under her care.”
