About: I am a true animal lover. I have a level of empathy for pets that most people think is crazy. Your pet is part of your family and will be part of mine as well. I have a lot of love to give. I am more then happy to accept a million phone calls and texts because I know top care is important. I am patient and understanding and take the time to help with house breaking and learn new tricks. I use to breed Siberian huskies. That is one of the most energetic and mischevious breeds out there. I help with a local rescue in rehoming and donations. I am also actively involved with helping take strays to local vets and following up with owners. My family consists of me, my husband and our five children. There is always someone to give love and attention. We keep our own pets somewhat on a schedule and we play a lot in our back yard. I have a large fenced in yard and three very active dogs who enjoy to play. I also have 5 indoor cats. I can easily crate if needed.

I got into Rover to build a customer base for when I can open my dream rescue and training facility. I love taking care of animals, no matter their shape or size. About: I grew up with lots of animals and have plenty of experience. I have experience with senior animals. I have some experience in dog training as I trained my Labrador Retriever as a puppy in doggie obedience school. My Lab is now currently a senior doggie. We breed and raise pedigreed Mini Rex, and pedigreed Netherland Dwarf bunnies for showing and pets. My husband also has experience working with a vet some years ago, as well as experience in dog breeding. So I have even more experience as backup if need be. I homeschool a preteen and teenager. I'll be able to look after your pet so he or she will not have to stay crated all alone at home. Can provide frequent potty breaks for your pets. I like to get to know your pets typical routine so I can replicate that comfort for them 🙂

About: Hi there! I’m a newly SAHM so I have a lot of free time on my hands and would like to bring in a little bit of income to be able to support our family. I’ve taken care of a variety of animals: dogs, cats, chickens, horses, pigs! Neighbors, friends, and family have all relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and play with their pets! As a stay at home mom to my 10 month old daughter I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my day at home. We have two daughters (17 & 15) and one son (10). *I’ve recently updated this profile to include the following: As an owner to two small dogs myself, I understand the worry and anxiety of leaving my small, fragile, pup, in the care of others who may have larger dogs coming and going where an accident can happen. I don’t like to take chances with one of my own, or one of yours getting hurt. Even by accident. I’ve recently updated my profile to only accept dogs up to a certain pound. This will help with my profile score, for the many dogs I’ve had to turn down. However, if you are a prior client, I will accept your larger dog (they’ve all been wonderful and fine because of my judgement at meet and greet) and in addition any future clients who have a small dog/big dog combo, I will consider a meet and greet to verify we would be a good fit and will make exceptions on a case by case. I will not be sitting for more than one family at a time. I’d like to advertise our service as a small dog oasis. We have tons of toys, treats, dogs beds, and love to offer to spoil and keep your little ones happy and safe. I know the peace and ease of mind I offer will stand out. I will also FaceTime you with your pet, upon request. * We have a 5 year old, 10lb Maltipoo, who acts more like an indoor cat, (sleeps a lot) and follows me everywhere, a 9 month old, 7lb, Malshi (Maltese Shitzu), who is a baby and wants to play with her toys all the time. We also have a 4 year old yellow lab, Sam, who acts like a lab. Aren’t they all full of energy? Sam likes to stay outside and loves his job as a guardian dog to our miniature goats. He comes in for freezing temperatures, over night to sleep, or heat advisories only. He’d rather be outside. All three get along with ALL animals, strays, neighbor’s yorkies’, neighbors dogs, etc. We have two acres of yard with a fenced in area that has a dog house, goat house, tree house, etc. which is where he stays. We are an animal loving family. No young kids that harm or hurt in any way. Your pets are guaranteed a “spoiled rotten” experience for sure. Schedule We are home most of the time. We let the pups run around and play inside. We prefer inside dogs over outside dogs, but will take the dogs outside many, many times to walk, run, and play. Just I inform us of their home habits of how often they like to go out. Safety, trust & environment- I am highly protective over the dogs well being. Safety and emotionally. We use leashes when walking/running your dog and to let them out to use the bathroom. Dogs are fed at separate locations to ensure no jealousy and fights. Not to mention stolen food and a hungry pup. The dogs we sit for sleep in the master bedroom. We sleep with the door shut. This is to ensure we can always have eyes and ears on your pup. No accidents or trouble to get into. They seem to like having the constant company around them, even if we are asleep, they know they’re not alone.

About: Caring for and loving dogs has always been a passion of mine! I have a relaxed and jovial demeanor that they seem to gravitate to. I’ve owned 3 dogs so far of 3 separate weights, so I know how to cater to dogs of different sizes and personalities. I currently live in an apartment with lots of open spaces nearby for playing and walking. I always treat pets (dogs and cats too) in my care as I would my own, which is slightly spoiled but still disciplined. If you give me your trust, I will bring your pup or kitty happier and ready for more playtime! However, I do request that owners with dogs with behavioral issues notify me about them up front so I may work with them closer one-on-one. I'm currently working full-time in the Navy every 4 days, so I can watch pets on my off time. Four days a week on and off. I care for pets by learning their personalities, likes and dislikes, eating preferences, bathroom needs, what motivates them (toys, food, attention) and go from there.

About: My first two pets were 2 doggies at 9 months old. I had them for 17 years until they left for doggy heaven October 2024 and February 2025… I am not ready to fully commit again quite yet so decided babysitting and loving on others’ furbabies will help the healing. Work from home all week. Will be able to take care of them in home and overnight if needed! I will accomodate to all requests and needs. Will appreciate details such as age, allergies, health, likes and dislikes. Will treat your baby/babies like they are my own. Will walk them as I have a dog friendly neighborhood as well as a newly built dog park. The backyard is also fenced.

About: I've cared for all kinds of animals throughout my life from my own animals to my friends and families. I always was the first of my siblings to volunteer to help feed, walk, watch over, bathe, and learn about animals and it's since been a passion of mine. About: I have worked at a veterinary office for the past 9 years as a kennel tech and a veterinary assistant. I adore all animals and have tons of experience with them. I have animals of my own but always love getting to spend time with others and getting to know others. About: I have plenty of experience caring for pets of my own, as well as volunteering at the local SPCA. Feeding, bathing, grooming, walking, playing, etc. I have one dog of my own, and had one prior who was handicapped and paralyzed, so I have decent experience. I am good to work with any breed or size of dog. I am pretty decently flexible, as I work mornings from 5:30-10, and then anytime after I am 100% free 7 days a week! About: Hi, I am a licensed vet tech and work at an emergency animal hospital as an emergency vet tech. I have worked in the veterinary medicine field for 4 years now. I’ve owned dogs for as long as I can remember. I have raised puppies and said goodbye to them as seniors. I know how to give medications safely and correctly if needed. I know how to handle crazy puppies and couch potato seniors. I love all types of dogs equally and have a deep passion of working with them. I work full time at an urgent care animal hospital throughout the week but during the weekends I am completely free for all of your babies! I would not be able to have other animals at my house as I have elderly/grumpy animals. I am more than willing to stop by your house to care for animals!

About: I've been an animal lover all of my life. I had cats for most of my childhood and early adulthood. They were my best buddies who cuddled and slept with me, as well as posed for drawings and paintings. About 18 years ago I adopted a pit mix, named Humble. He was the most gentle giant you could ever meet. He accompanied me on camping and hiking trips in Maine. He passed away a few years ago. Now I'm the lucky mom of a rescue dog named Chance. He is an 8 year old undetermined breed. He may be a Doxie mixed with Papillion. I rescued him from the streets of China. I was working as an ESL teacher in Shenzhen,China at the time. He is one of my best friends and I spoil him with lots of love, treats and walks. I am a certified yoga teacher, artist and pet care provider. I started out pet sitting as a side business to earn some extra money, but it has become so much more than that. It is such a rewarding job and a great honor to care for so many beautiful animals! About: I recently moved back to Virginia after living in Upstate New York for a handful of years. In addition to my work experience, I also attended a veterinary assistant class which covered everything from small animals to large. I have always had multiple dogs and cats growing up and have worked on farms caring for horses, dogs and chickens since 2013. I currently work at a local Animal Clinic as a veterinary assistant full time so my schedule will work around my full time job. I do receive an hour lunch most days I am scheduled therefore, if you live close to Main Street in Suffolk I will gladly stop by for a potty break during my lunch on days that I work a long shift. I do require meet and greets before the first initial drop in, sitting or walk so I am able to meet you and your pet. I would like to know: •Your pets allergies •Your pets normal routine to keep it as normal as possible •Do they get along with other dogs or cats •Their habits (good or naughty if they have any) •Any training routine that should be kept consistent •Dietary needs Thank you for taking your time to look into my services!
