“We are thankful to have found Cassandra! She is considerate & responsible. She took great care of our pup and home while away. We appreciated that she kept in contact and sent photos. She is very sweet - we highly recommend her.”

About: I have 7 years of experience in boarding kennels and doggy daycares, where I’ve cared for pups of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I also have a bit of grooming experience, which has helped me become even more patient and gentle when handling dogs. I’m currently a junior in the Canine Training and Management program at SUNY Cobleskill, where I’ve taken classes in training, behavior, and canine health. I am super passionate about what I do!! I am currently a full time student but I have plenty of availability before ,in-between, and after my classes. I am also completely available on weekends! I will not be able to care for pets in my home since I am living on-campus. Hopefully in the future that will be able to change!
“Bryson always takes great care of our crazy pups and our house. He is able to manage the super high energy and the grumpy old man energy our dogs have, which is not an easy task!”

“Heidi did a wonderful job taking care of our two pets and our home while we were away for 10 days. She took the time to meet with us just after booking and again soon before we left to make sure we were all on the same page with expectations and limitations. She communicates her schedule very well, letting us know when she would be in our home and when she would be out. No issues whatsoever. Thank you, Heidi!”

About: I’m patient, attentive, and great with all temperaments, from playful puppies to calm seniors. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and two Australian Shepherds that I’ve raised from 8 weeks old, working on training, routines and daily care. I always prioritize safety, keep routines consistent, and always send thoughtful updates and photos so you feel totally at ease while you’re away. I absolutely love dogs and genuinely enjoy fitting pet care into my routine. I’m available for walks and drop-ins around my work schedule, and I’m consistent, on-time, and flexible when plans change. I’m great with early mornings or evenings and happy to coordinate what works best for you and your pet. I treat every home with respect and every pet like my own. I follow routines closely, double-check doors and leashes, keep walks safe and calm, and make sure pets feel comfortable and secure. I’m clean, mindful in your space, and always send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.
“Rebecca is wonderful! She was easy to stay in touch with, responsive and so pleasant. Rosie really liked her right away and Rebecca handled Rosie's exuberance and energy so well. We felt very comfortable leaving Rosie in Rebecca's care, we received updates that they were doing well and we can home to a happy dog and a clean house. We'd be thrilled to work with Rebecca again in the future!”

“Vanessa was by far the best sitter we’ve had in nearly ten years. She went above and beyond. She took pebbles on hikes and swims and dog parks, kept her super clean and managed her food and meds very well. We returned in over a week to find pebbles thriving. About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was five years old and continued to get more dogs. I have dog sat for multiple friends and family rating from dogs and cats. As far as training animals, I did grow up with having to train them so I do have some experience. I am currently working part time and go to community college but will be able to manage and work out a schedule that will be accommodating. I have 3 dogs that have invisible fences outside so they can roam free without getting lost, going to the road, running off. I have a big yard surrounding my house so they are used to running around freely. When it gets too cold they come in to the house or garage with my father. I am used to walking dogs as they do get walked on occasion at home or if we have them out of the house. I do not off offer services that welcome pets into my house but I am accommodating as necessary and will offer services at your residency.
About: Hi! My name is James. I work from home as a podcast agent and have a very active lifestyle. I’m a digital nomad so I travel frequently, I make my own hours so I can be flexible! I started dog sitting in 2024 originally through referrals, then through Trusted House Sitters, now on to Rover! I have done sits up to 4 months long in Hawaii and as short as 2 days in Belgium, I can be flexible with scheduling. I truly love being around dogs, I go on walks frequently and I love having a companion as I travel. I’ve had dogs all my life and realizing rover would be a great way of connecting me with great dogs and opportunities! Your pets safety and happiness are paramount. I aim to keep a stress free environment and to ensure you know everything is taken care of. Feel free to ask any questions or reach out, I’d be happy to have a chat to show you why I’d be a great sitter :). I work online, so travel has become a huge priority for me and a way i've found routine is staying at peoples homes for a few months, while watching their dog! Oh i've had dogs all my life, they are family to me in every way, most breaks I take throughout the day are to give my dog some love or take her potty
“My husband and I raved all weekend about how delighted we were with Anna (and we dog sit through rover ourselves)!! She was extremely communicative, sent multiple photos/videos with updates while we were away, and our doggos both seemed to love the quality time they received with her! If you are hesitant about leaving your babies with someone or worried about having a stranger in your home, then she is the person I’d recommend you take your chances with as we never once had a concern while our dogs were in her care ❤️”
