About: I've taken care of my mothers dog for several years with her, a little Jack Russell mix named Manda, and have taken care of cats for an even longer period of time. I just like being in their company and taking care of their needs. I want to be a friend and a supporting hand if you have to leave the house and aren't able to take them with you or care for them. I know that struggle intimately, as I've lost my own pet due to moving circumstances, disallowing me from seeing and caring for him. I don't want others to go through that. I'm currently part time, but my schedule is exceedingly flexible enough that I'm able to take any requests at various times of day. I'm also available during the weekends whenever I might be needed. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions, and I won't hesitate to do the same to make sure I get what you need done. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your animals as close to the letter as possible! Your animals will be treated with respect and care, alongside whatever supervision and protection I am able to provide. I will check in whenever I have questions or notice odd behaviors, and make sure to respond to you in a timely manner whenever you may wish to check in!

“I really appreciate her always being on time! My dog loves going on walks and being social, especially on the days when we are so busy with kid activities. She's our precious dog and I'm so happy I have Kari!”

About: I'm a life long animal enthusiast and in addition to my own beloved animals, I've been caring for animals for family and friends as long as I can remember. I've recently moved on from my career handling animals of all temperaments and am comfortable with a variety of animal species, breeds, and personalities. I am comfortable giving most medications or tending to wounds, etc. I am currently a stay at home mom and my schedule is fairly flexible for drop in visits. Bathroom breaks and outdoor play would be available as often as your pet needs it. If you need house sitting, I would love to discuss your needs. During certain weeks or times of the year, house sitting may need to be a sort of hybrid of drop ins and overnights as my schedule permits. Your pet(s) would be my pet(s), as I am currently in between pets at the moment. Your pet(s) would have free run of my home and are welcome to hang out freely in all living areas. Crates are also welcome, but not required. I have a small fenced bathroom break area and many other unfenced acres for pets to free roam depending on your comfort level. I will only board pets from one household at a time for their own health, safety, and comfort.

About: I have had dogs and other pets since I was 3 years old. My first dog was a Rottweiler and I currently have collies with several different breeds in between. I have always had at least 2 pets in my home at any time in my life currently 5. Ranging from dogs/cats, to hamsters, lizards, and fish. I really enjoy all types of animals, both domesticated and in the wild. Some of the best “people” I’ve met are dogs ;) You are able to learn so much from watching your animals, especially compassion. I will take care of your pets like they are part of the family. Make sure they are “properly” fed, loved and walked while they are in my care. I think it’s very important to our pets that they are given attention while their parents are gone so they don’t get lonely. Any special requests or questions, please ask. Than you!!! I am currently working part time with a flexible schedule. I am happy to help take care of your pets when YOU need it on your schedule. I believe the first step to caring for pets is compassion and not for a better word love… I think dogs are amazing and we should try and understand them along with how and why they do things. I spend time every day petting and giving them attention.

About: I am a professional dog trainer specializing in Reactive Aggressive Dogs. I made it my mission to find the solution for my dear dog, and as a result, now have an extensive "toolbox" of training techniques. The main tools are love and treats. Dogs love to please, and I love to help on that path to happiness. I am the owner of a dog Facebook group with 55,000 members as of the time of writing this bio. We are very capable dog walkers and caregivers. We provide regular photo updates, and you can inquire at any time. We can provide great flexibility with drop-off and pick-up times. Since we are self-employed and work from home, we set our own schedule. We take numerous breaks from our work to give belly rubs, throw balls, take walks, teach tricks, treat and feed, and provide numerous photos, among other things. You can inquire at any time. We can provide great flexibility with drop-off and pick-up times. We have almost a half-acre of mostly flat, open grass lawn that is fenced with 6-foot pickets. Inside, the layout of our home allows us to provide 3 spacious, separate areas to keep the dogs separated when needed. We own one dog that will help nanny the others for us. Our cat is now an outdoor cat most of the time.

Marcus D.
“I recently had the pleasure of hiring Marcus to take care of my 2 cats and a dog for a week and a half, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Marcus followed the instructions I left for feeding and medication administration. Throughout the week and a half, he sent me pictures and videos that was so helpful in helping me relax because I knew my fur babies were getting plenty of love and being well cared for. Overall, I highly recommend Marcus to anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter. I will definitely be reaching out to him again for my future pet sitting needs.”

“I really appreciate her always being on time! My dog loves going on walks and being social, especially on the days when we are so busy with kid activities. She's our precious dog and I'm so happy I have Kari!”

Elizabeth P.
“Elizabeth O. Has taken care my animals many times- my horses as well as my cat. For the horses she has a good eye to know if the feed is moldy or for some reason should not be fed. She has common sense regarding animals. She always feeds the exact amounts animals need as well as can give medication. She’s a good blend of confident yet gentle with animals. She is able to recognize if an animal is not feeling well or is hurt and needs to go to the vet.”

Ryan B.
“Ryan is an animal lover and it shows. With his two dogs, he is great and with anyone else's fur babies he is just as caring and compassionate. I have asked him to sit for me in the past for both dogs and cats and they took to him like second nature. Worth every penny. If I ever need someone to walk, watch, or care for my fur babies, I know who I am going to.”

Carol & Brian D.Star Sitter

She has hosted and led numerous community dog training workshops at no charge. She is also a wonderful pet caregiver who has fostered dogs from the Humane Society and cared for dogs while their owners were out of town. I highly recommend Carol for your dog boarding and training needs.”
