“This was the first time leaving our puppy with a sitter from Rover. I could not be happier with our first experience. As soon as we pulled up and met them outside, our dog went right to Danielle and her partner, as if she had known them all her life. She was excited to go with them into the house and didn’t even care that I had left. During the day I received pictures and updates, which showed that they provided an amazing day for our dog. It is clear that this home is a great place to provide trustworthy care for a pet.”

“I was worried about leaving buddy in the car of another person for the first time, but Esther did great. By the end of the visit Buddy was tired out and played lots.”

About: In addition to growing up around dogs my whole life, I have two family dogs - Stanley (10 year old Beagle) and Maddie (rescued 5 year old Beagle-mix). We got Stanley as a puppy, so I am very comfortable with crate training, potty training, general commands and other training required for puppies-young dogs. Maddie we rescued at 2-3 years old, she is a reactive dog with some territorial issues and separation anxiety, so I am comfortable with all dogs personality traits and am happy to provide training for reactive dogs, as well as procedures to help avoid triggers (window coverings, noise machines, avoiding other dogs on walks if needed). I am also a BC SPCA volunteer, have obtained my Fear Free certification, and am a part time Veterinary student at University of the Fraser Valley. ** Please note neither of these dogs will be in my home when yours are over for sitting/boarding, they permanently reside at my parents home. I am available Sunday-Wednesday any time Thursday-Saturday after 4pm I am happy to take dogs overnight Saturday after 4pm until Wednesday afternoon. I can do Thursday morning pickups before 8am I have a large ground floor apartment in Abbotsford, with direct access to a large grassy courtyard. I am also a 1 minute walk from a large fenced park. Your dog will have plenty of space to walk, sniff, play, and snuggle back at the apartment when they're all tuckered out from our excercise!

About: Between volunteering with the SPCA, and my pets, I have 10+ years of experience caring for our furry friends. I have lots of experience with high and low-energy dogs, of varying ages - I can adjust anything to what works for you and your pets! I have always had a dog (or two) in my family, and I am very in tune with their body language and needs. My weeks are open for the most part, I would love about 2-3 days' notice but I can do emergencies in a pinch if need be. I will respect your home when entering, and will follow all rules/requests made of me by you! I am there for your pets to rely on when you're gone!

About: I have babysat pets for friends and family for many years and now that I’m retired, I have time to care for your pets too. Young dogs are fun to take care of, but I have really enjoyed caring for senior animals and take care of their special needs. I am accustomed to giving oral medications and attending to what they need. Because I’m now retired I have time for the fun stuff like walking my dog in the mornings. He is a good walker, but loves to socialize with everyone and every dog we meet. He loves having a friend to walk with us! For younger dogs, we usually walk again in the evening or throw a ball in the back yard. I have a friendly small dog that I love to take care of every day. We walk in the morning after breakfast and again towards bed time. Every dog is different so we do whatever your pet needs to feel comfortable here. Your pet will be cared for as if he/she were my own.

About: I provide loving, reliable care for pets of all ages, including puppies and seniors. With patience and experience, I ensure they feel safe and happy. As a Private Pilot, I understand the importance of trust, patience, and care—both in the skies and with pets. My flexible schedule allows me to provide attentive, loving care, ensuring every pet feels safe, happy, and valued while their owners are away. I live in a pet-friendly apartment where every furry guest is treated like family. Whether in my home or yours, I create a safe, loving, and comfortable environment. I provide plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention, making sure each pet feels at ease and cared for while their owners are away.
