I work part-time so I still have time in my day to be and play with your animals! My job is very flexible so your animals can always be a priority to me. I have 10+ years of horse experience training OTTB’s as well as 2+ years of reptile husbandry training working in BGSU’s herpetology lab. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
