“Hi; Theresa watched my toy poodle Meggie. Iwas worried because Meggie is a senior rescue with anxiety. I am retired and never leave her but needed to find care for me to go to my brother's funeral. Meggie takes anti anxiety med and has a collapsed trachea, so when she gets upset she can't breathe. Theresa sent me daily videos of Meggie going for walks and she even coaxed her to eat one bite at a time. On the last day, she even was chasing her lamb chop toy with Theresa. I never leave Meggie, but if I have to leave her, I know she is safe with Theresa.”

He is high-energy, can be stubborn, and takes a long time to warm up to strangers. He can also bark in an intimidating way when he first meets someone. Once he does warm up to someone, he is a total love bug. Well, when Sara started working with us, our dog was kind of difficult, and Sara handled it like a total pro. She is not a dog trainer, but you would totally think she is. She has all the right instincts, and now our dog is obsessed with her. She understood his behavior well and acted accordingly and now when he say “where’s Sara” he goes by the door crying and looking for her. On top of being so good with our dog, Sara is extremely polite, kind, always on time, respectful of our home, and communicates frequently. She always does her best and goes the extra mile. “We reached out to Maia to board our 2 dogs at her house for a week and she was absolutely wonderful!! She was easy to communicate with and came up with a great plan on how to slowly introduce our dogs to her dog during our meet-and-greet. We have a German shepherd who is high-energy and a collie, who can be a lot to handle, but Maia understood their needs and let the three of them play but also gave them some one-on-one time. She truly has a special gift with dogs. She gave us updates throughout the week and sent adorable pics. We highly recommend Maia and will be reaching out again!”

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a kid. I would always take my dog for a walk around the neighborhood everyday. I help family along with my own 2 pups now! I am currently working part time along with going to college. I am usually pretty flexible. My work schedule is not always the same every week so my days and times can change. I have a fenced in big yard for your pup to get all the running they need. I also have one dog of my own that can keep your pup company at any time. If needed I can cage the pup.

You can tell that Michele is a huge animal lover and truly cares for your pets like they are her own. While my dog stayed at her house, she incorporated him into her home like he was already a member of her family. She was attentive to his needs and sent regular photo and text updates about how he was doing. I felt connected to her and my dog the entire time I was away and felt confident that he was receiving love and top notch care while staying with Michele! 10/10 experience!”
