New boarding pets will initially be kept separate from my own indoor animals until I have had an opportunity to learn their temperament, behavior, and comfort level around other animals. This allows for a gradual and safe introduction rather than immediately placing unfamiliar animals together. I have a designated “dog room” in my home specifically for pet care. It is a tiled, easy-to-clean room equipped with appropriately sized crates and kennels to accommodate different breeds and animal sizes. This provides a secure, comfortable space where new or boarding pets can settle in while remaining safely separated when needed. As I learn each pet's personality and needs, I can adjust their routine and level of interaction accordingly.
