Because I love traveling myself, I totally know how stressful it is to leave your babies behind & how important it is to have reliable, trustworthy help you can count on. I love taking dogs on adventures, whether that’s hitting trails to burn off energy or just enjoying a long, sniff filled neighborhood walk. I have experience with all kinds of personalities from high energy pups who want to play non stop, to sweet seniors who just want a slow stroll & some good couch cuddles. I love sending lots of photo updates & making sure your dogs feel safe, happy, & loved! I have a super flexible schedule. My days are open enough that I can easily prioritize structured potty breaks & long walks, without having to rush back to a strict 9-5 desk job. In my home your pet becomes a part of the family! My place is a pet friendly environment where they can fully relax & get cozy. While I don’t have a fence, I have a massive yard with a secure lead, so the dogs can get plenty of space while staying safe. Plus, they’ll get tons of attention & plenty of couch cuddles! If I’m coming to your house for a walk or a drop in, I’ll treat your space with total respect. I’ll strictly follow whatever routine you have for feeding, crating, or locking up. I'm always mindful of the little things like wiping muddy paws if it's rainy & making sure the water bowl is totally fresh before I leave. Plus, you can definitely count on lots of fun photo updates so you know exactly how great they’re doing! Whether your pet is hanging out at my place or I’m visiting yours, making sure they feel safe and comfortable is my biggest priority.

“Kari and Clint were/are the very best dog sitters and chicken sitters. My pups were well cared for, and one of them is an handful. And Clint also took very good care of my chickens. They are looking plump and content. Kari even restocked the chicken treats when they ran out. They must researched chicken treats. How else would they know to buy giant bag of mealy worms!! And the house look wonderful.. kitchen's was spotless… cleaner than when we left. And she stocked the fridge with the essentials, bread and milk, before she left. We received many pictures while we were away. We were reassured our dogs and hens were safe and sound and cared for.”

About: I have been a regular pet sitter for friends, family, and coworkers since I was a teenager. I have experience with large or small dogs, elderly dogs, cats, and pets that need medication or other accommodations. I have experience with dog-sitting for up to two weeks at a time. This has sometimes included, but is not limited to, administering medication, cleaning up messes inside and outside, walking, feeding, and bathing. Ensuring the safety, health, and happiness of each pet I take care of is my top priority and it is one of my favorite things to do in the world! I do not have the same schedule weekly, so I will constantly update my availability. I only know my availability up to 3 weeks in advance. Unless I have to work very early the next day, I am available for overnights at least 3 days a week (typically). I am unable to have pets at my house because I live with a family member’s dog that does not do well with other animals. Please give me any and all instructions! I will make sure to follow any routine that I can for your pet to be comfortable. I will provide as many updates/photos as requested.

I'm a huge animal advocate and lover, so much so that I am a vegetarian and have issues with the way animals are treated from slaughter houses, to puppy mills. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I have knowledge with working dogs, police, dogs, rescue dogs, all of the above. I have a retired police dog and a rescue pup along with three cats. I’m familiar with young dogs, senior dogs dogs that need medication, all that fun stuff. I just graduated high school so I am free every day. I’m willing to do overnight days, weekly stays drop in visits. My schedule is always very flexible. We don’t have a fence so one dog goes outside on a leash and the other dog has recall so he doesn’t need a leash. In clients homes I always follow the checklist or rules that are sent to me. I don’t wanna risk anything bad happening. I feed on schedule, give meds when needed, provide multiple potty breaks, and always make time for playtime.

Your pet will be in good, loving hands, and I will enjoy hanging out with your baby! My schedule is pretty flexible so I would be able to help at scheduled times during the day. I also like to refinish furniture on the side, so taking care of your furry babies is usually not a scheduling conflict. I will make sure I follow all instructions you provide about your animal(s).
