About: In high school I got to volunteer for the local animal shelters and rescues in my area where I got to care for and find forever homes for all the dogs/cats that came into the shelters. While rescuing I got the amazing opportunity to work as a vet tech/kennel attendant for Dowlen Road Vet where my love and knowledge for animals continued to grow. I am currently working a full time job where I work 6 days/nights and have 3 days off where I am available all day. With a little notice I am available to do some early mornings or late afternoon drop ins, walks, or anything your fur baby needs! When watching at your house I will do supervised playtime outside (If fenced) or bring your pet for a walk if you don’t have a fence or it is preferred. I will do anything you request to ensure the perfect care for your baby! I always LOVE when people leave me a detailed note of anything I need to know such as specific feeding times, medications, any requests you have, etc. I will also send you lots of updates, pictures and videos of your baby!

“Sherry did an outstanding job of taking care of our daughter's dog Abby over the long holiday weekend. Our daughter decided to join us just a few days before the trip and we were worried because our usual sitter was already booked. We were very grateful that Sherry was available and accepted our assignment with short notice. As soon as Sherry got there and was greeted at the door, it was apparent that Abby had maneuvered around the "barricade" my husband had created to keep her in a small area of our home. In doing this, she was cut off from her food and water. Sherry immediately called to alert us and the rest of the weekend went off without a hitch. Sherry was very prompt and consistent on keeping with Abby's schedule 3x a day and kept us updated with pictures as well. Being new to the area, we feel very fortunate to find someone reliable and trustworthy to care for our pet when needed. We highly recommend Sherry as a petsitter!”

About: I've cared for dogs my whole life and have made them my career now. I am a certified dog handle through Dog Handler Academy. I love all animals and provide care for most pets, but prefer to work with canines. I am certified with Dog Handler Academy with 9 months of boarding kennel experience. I have one female dog of my own, Artemis, that I have trained but came to me naturally awesome. She stays current on all of her vaccinations and preventative treatments. I cater to mostly inside doggos and do not have a fenced yard, but I do provide leashed walks through our family's christmas tree farm.

About: Growing up I always had dogs and would constantly watch dogs 101 and vet shows. I learned their language to better connect with them especially if they have anxiety. Right now I am raising 3 cats and caring for my elderly dog who has seizures so I know how to handle a situation when it come to it along with schedule medications. My dog also only chooses me to cuddle with during thunderstorms so if your pup has a fear of storms while you're gone you can rest assure I'm making them feel as safe as possible. I have pretty big gaps between my day schedule, between school and work. I have time for morning, afternoon and night visits. I usually get out of work 830 the latest so medication will be able to be given before too late in the night In the client's home I would normally make sure I can see their pet at all times to guarantee no accidents happen on my watch. I also depending on the breed and personality of the dog will walk them or give them enrichment more often as needed.

About: I have over 25 years experience as a bull breed breeder and dog shower. My family bred and showed Chows and Sharpei thru the 80's and 90's, and we bred and raised American Bulldogs until 2017. I also have done many rescues and have extensive knowledge of potty training, and am very well read on dog behavior and socialization. I would love to use my passion for dogs to help you and your family. Dogs and I have a very special understanding. I have cared for packs as large as 17, and as small as one. Every dog I have ever met holds a special place in my heart. I'll treat each dog like it is my very own, in my home or in yours. In my home, I have an old retired American Bulldog mama who is 9 years old. She is 120lbs of sassy mommy! I have two medical needs chihuahuas, and a french bulldog. I own my own pet transport business. We provide ground transportation and in cabin flight services for dogs and cats! I love everything about animals and they are my life! We do a slow introduction to my existing pack of four! Dogs are never left unattended when we have guests. Dogs eat as a pack and go out as a pack.

About: I’m Tawnee, 27 years old, I live in Sour Lake, Texas. I grew up loving many of my own dogs. I currently work full time from home, spend my free time fishing, crafting, or hanging out with my family. I love to run so taking your furry friend to stretch their legs would be more fun to me than it would a chore. There is no dog too big or small for my preference. I will love and care for your dog whether they are always sleepy or always excited. Family and friends have counted on me to take care of their animals since I was 10 years old. I guarantee your pet will be in great hands with me. P.S. I have an iPhone and can manage FaceTime with your pet while you’re away, whenever you’d like.
