“Angelina came through for me when I was in a pinch—trapped in Charleston by hurricane Debby. She gave me such peace of mind going over right away and being flexible until I could make it home. What impressed me most is that she actually seemed to spend the 30 minutes with my pets each visit. I honestly have found that although Rovers charge for a 30 minute visit—they only stay 5-10 minutes according to my ring cameras. I know feeding doesn’t take much— I have automatic feeders and fountains but my cats love pets and that’s why I pay. Thank you Angelina for loving on them!!”

About: I have had cats and dogs almost all my life. There were 4 or 5 years where I did not have a pet and I missed it. I now have 4 cats who are all rescues. All under the age of 3.5 yrs old. I have often been asked by friends and family to watch their pets while they were away. I also spent a year at a dog boarding facility. My duties included the basics like feeding and walking dogs and even some light grooming, and there were even some overnight stays. There were times there might be 40 dogs to help care for. All sizes, breeds and ages. I work full time Monday to Friday so I will mostly be available on weekends. I could fit in Friday evenings as well. At least for now. I may add to that later on. For my cats, they are strictly indoor. When my son visits, I have a fenced in yard for his dog to run freely in. Our cats have their own water fountain and a dry food dispenser. They get wet food twice a day. They visit the vet as needed. Otherwise we just try to make sure they have a safe environment to thrive in. As for a client's pet, I will follow all instructions per the pet owner. Let me know if there are things I should be aware of while I care for your pet.

“Our German shepherd (Zeus) is a very anxious, does not like other dogs, does not take treats from people either, some may say aggressive but really, he’s just scared.we needed to find a person that could handle him, in other words know how to take the lead, show him “it’s okay” . About: I have worked at various doggy daycares over the past 5 years, where I monitored and handled up to 150 dogs at once. I bathed dogs, trimmed their nails, fed them, cared for injuries and sicknesses, walked them, played with them, trained them, and medicated them every day, and have firsthand experience breaking up fights. I have over a year’s worth of management experience, which meant making decisions catered to each dogs’ needs everyday. I have a wide range of knowledge on dogs and dog breeds. I have pet sitting experience, which includes cats, and I have also worked at an aquarium and with non releasable birds of prey. I have a wide range of experience, from exotics, birds, reptiles, rodents, and even to marsupials. I spent 4 years studying ecology and evolutionary biology at the University of Colorado Boulder, so I have a general biology background as well. About: Apart from caring for my own family's dogs over the years, I helped with my friend's parents dog sitting service in high school. I volunteered with a cat rescue in Greenville, SC for 3 years before moving back to my hometown. My mom calls me her "resident vet", and calls on me for baths, nail trimmings, and care any time her dog has an upset stomach or injury. I admittedly will talk to your pet like they are a human child, and will very well come up with a song about them during their care. I am trustworthy, dependable, (goofy) and committed to giving your pet the best care possible. I look forward to helping make sure your pet is well cared for while you are away! I currently work from home Monday-Friday 11:30am-8pm, and would only be available to provide overnight pet sitting services if I have WiFi and a space to work available in your home! I will not be caring for pets in my home, but I will be respectful and tidy in your home. Each walk and visit will come with a paper log of when your pet ate, how our walk(s) went, and any notable concerns or praise!

About: My experiences in the military, working as a nurse, training and competing as an athlete, parenting, life experiences, time spent working with animals, combined with my values are what makes me different. I’ve had pets of every kind for over 30 years. I’ve completed several training courses for dogs. I live with my daughter and our Dane, Roxie. Dogs get lots of exercise and love at my house! My daughter loves entertaining our guests by playing ball, tug or giving belly rubs so they are more comfortable here. In addition to time in the fenced yard, I take them for walks or runs at least twice each day. I follow all instructions I’m given. We only use positive reinforcement and patience for training. I have experience administering meds. I send lots of updates so owners know how their pet is doing. I have experience with all breeds and temperaments. I can trim nails and bathe most pets. When we watch dogs I’m in the house the majority of the time. When multiple dogs are with us, they aren’t left unsupervised at all. We feed morning and evening and will do noon feeding for puppies. We offer treats and dogs are welcome on the couch or various dog beds. I have a fenced yard and a safe neighborhood for walks. The dogs have plenty of room inside to play as well. I’m a runner so active dogs get plenty of exercise. I double check leashes and harnesses before walks. I keep food off the counter so no one gets into anything that could make them sick. My pets are UTD on all vaccines and take a monthly flea, tick and heart worm preventative.

My previous pet care experience includes pet store, professional pet boarding, bathing and daycare, and several years offering pet/house sitting for out of town friends, relatives and co-workers. I share my home with 3 dogs and 3 mini pigs. I am currently employed at a dog rescue, and am an active volunteer with our local wildlife rescue, and am certified in pet CPR and First Aid. About: My family owned dogs and cats all my life. Once I got old enough to take on responsibility, I started feeding, bathing, walking, and cleaning up after my pets. I love pets of all kind and I've owned dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and guinea pigs. I currently have 8 dogs of my own which are 7 American bullies and one Boston Terrier (Abel, Nyx, Hella, Cash, Holly, Buckshot, Zarah, and Maddie) a gecko named Leroy, and a baby quaker parrot, named Sully. I am very familiar and comfortable with all size of dogs as I have owned so many different breeds over the years. From Great danes to small dogs. I love spending time with my pets as well as getting to know and spend time with others. I understand the importance of doing what is asked by the owner of the pets! I currently work full time, my days off vary and change a lot due to be being in management. I am normally available early in the day.
