They feel safer and it’s more welcoming for I the sitter to take it day by day scenario because sometimes you never know what you’re walking into. I am not currently taking any pets into my home due to renting and not owning my own home right now. I want to provide them the best service if kept in my home and that is not an option at the moment until changed otherwise. I listen clearly and follow directions closely! Our roommate also works at a vet hospital and is currently in school to get her vet tech degree. She works 5 minutes from the house and comes home on lunch breaks to let the dogs outside so they never go more than 4 hours at a time during the work week without a potty break. I am off on weekends so I’ll be home with them majority of the time on weekends as well. I have a fenced in yard, plus 3 dogs myself that love to meet new friends and play. I always make sure the dog has the same feeding routine they do when you are home. I try not to change up their normal routine so that the stay is as stress free as possible for your dog.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats and farm animals for the past 6 years for other people, and have had many animals of my own. I currently only work a few hours a week, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies any time of day! About: I've been around animals my whole life, advocating for shelter animals for many years. I have dog sat for a number of family and friends (and their friends) for the past few years, just getting set up with a professional account. I raised livestock for the FFA in middle school and high school (training very stubborn pigs lol). In my free time i volunteer at the local animal shelter and take the dogs out on adventures in town on the weekends. I have fostered adult dogs and puppies. I just left my full-time corporate job to take some time off before i pursue my dream of cosmetology school in may. Therefore, I am very available for daily walks, overnight stays, doggy daycare during the day, etc. I actively monitor the dogs and their behavior hinting at what they may need. While walking dogs i am always on alert and on the look out for other dogs, reading body language and keeping distance.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10, I’ve been a pet sitter for a very long time, I love love animals. I have 5 dogs and 8 cats myself and love them all dearly. I’m currently working in the mornings and I’m off on the weekends so I have the whole afternoon/weekends to play with pups/kitties. About: I’ve spent much of my life caring for animals. I’ve recently left a 20+ year corporate career and I’m taking a new direction in life. Animals were my first love and I’m returning to my roots. I’ve had dogs big and small from Huskies and Labs to most recently my beloved miniature Schnauzers (I miss you boys!). I’ve had cats from cuddly Tabbies to a very picky Persian (so much hair!) to a highly mischievous Siamese (I still tell stories about that cat!).
