About: I have cared for pets since I was a a child. My first pet chose me when I was about 5 years old. When I stayed with my babysitter, I would play with their cat all day. The babysitter gave me Tiger because they saw how much I loved her. Ever since then I cared for dogs and cats. I walj my dogs every day weather permitting. I bathe and brush them when needed. My little guys love playdates and are sooo friendly. I am currently retired, so I can provide exceptional care. I spend lots of time in my big fenced in yard, and eager to play fetch. Lots of playtime. I have so many toys. Big fenced yard and lots of time for running around. I also have a doggy door so all the fur babies can go out and in as much as they like.

About: Lifelong Dog and Cat person, have always had pets and always will. I love all animals. My dog Hank was diagnosed with Glaucoma right before his 6th birthday; it was an adjustment getting used to a new routine of 3 different types of Eye-drops, every 8 hours. My friends and colleagues had often commented, "You're really good with animals." the💡idea became a recurring suggestion that I would enjoy offering temporary care to other people's Pets, similarly to how I lovingly care for any of my own animals. Often get asked why/how my dog Hank is so well behaved, mellow, and such a good dog. Is it the training? "Sure," of course. But most of it is quite simple: Hank is rarely left alone. He goes everywhere with me. He hikes about 5 miles every day. He doesn't overeat, or sit-around. He's active, gets exercise, and is socialized often with other people and pets. So when he meets a new person, it's not a first, it's his daily routine. If your work/life balance has you leaving your pet alone most days? I can help change your dog's daily routine - so when you come home from work? About: I've had many animals throughout my life, 7 dogs, 9 cats, and small mammals. I mostly have experience with Australian Shepherds and German Shepherds. At the moment I have two small dogs and a young cat, who all get along together very well! I love animals and I pay very close attention to them to make sure their needs are met and they're happy. I'm not the type of person to just quickly check-in on a dog and let them outside- I play with them, give them attention, exercise them. I work part time and random hours, so I wake up early to let my dogs out, then feed them at 8 and again at 4. One of my dogs is hyperactive and guards her food so each of her meals is a training session. I usually make her walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes and follow various commands while I hand-feed her meals. My animals are never alone for more than 4 hours at a time, so they get to go out many times. I don't have a fenced in yard so they are always on a leash. All of my animals are friendly towards other dogs, cautious with cats. My apartment is somewhat small, so I would prefer to work in a client's home. In that situation I would stop in as many times as the client prefers. I take my time to play with the animals under my care and give them attention. I do my best to make sure they never feel lonely.
