About: Hi! I’m new to Rover, but I’ve been caring for my best friend’s large dogs for years while she’s away on business trips sometimes for up to two weeks at a time. I absolutely love being around dogs and enjoy every part of their care, from feeding and walking to cozy snuggles on the couch. After years of caring for dogs, I decided to join Rover as a side passion. I live in a dog-friendly apartment complex with two on-site dog parks, which are perfect for playtime and exercise. I take dogs out for walks 3 to 4 times a day and always make sure to clean up after them — we have convenient poop bag stations throughout the community. While I don’t have dogs of my own right now, I treat every pup like family. I welcome overnight bookings, and your dog is more than welcome to relax on the couch. There are no restrictions here when it comes to comfort and cuddles. I’m excited to meet your furry friend and give them all the love and attention they deserve! As a full-time stay-at-home mom of three boys, I’m home most of the day and able to provide consistent care and attention to your dog. I typically take dogs out 3–4 times a day and can easily adjust walks or potty breaks to fit your pup’s needs. Whether it’s weekdays, weekends or extended stays, I’m flexible and reliable. Your dog will be in a safe, attentive, and family-friendly environment while you’re away. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I create a calm, supervised environment where dogs can feel at home. Because I’m home throughout the day, I’m able to keep a close eye on your pup and give them plenty of attention, bathroom breaks, and playtime. My apartment is pet-friendly with secure areas for walking and play. We have two on-site dog parks and designated pet waste stations, which makes daily outings clean and convenient. Inside, dogs are welcome on the couch and are never confined unless requested by the owner. I’m experienced with large breeds and understand how to manage dogs with different energy levels and personalities. I also keep communication open with pet parents, sending updates and photos to give you peace of mind while you’re away. You can trust that your dog will be treated like family in a safe, clean, and loving environment.

About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. My jobs, hobbies, and passions are all centered around animals and I can't wait to bring that passion to you! I am home full-time, and available for puppies and animals with heavy needs. I have a fairly set schedule for all of the pets in my care, and that level of routine provides comfort to even the most nervous of pups. I am the only Fear Free pet carer in Bakersfield! I provide comforting classical music as well as calming pheromones in the sleeping spaces to make their stay as stress-free as possible. I have a fenced yard and never leave dogs together unsupervised. I do not provide an environment suitable for animals with a history of dog aggression. Small dogs I can be more flexible with, as their attitude usually comes from a place of fear and that is something I can work with for the little guys.

About: I’ve raised dogs throughout my life. I love ensuring dogs are happy and cared for since they are so vital and important to us owners! I’m currently on summer break so I have my weeks free to care for your pets and ensure that they are happy and healthy puppies! I occasionally go out some mornings for an hour or so. I also take walks around the neighborhood and would be perfectly happy to let your pups tag along! I have a fenced yard, and a small corral where I am able to give dogs a place to stretch their legs. I also allow dogs inside if they are more comfortable being around me. I will ensure that they are able to go outside to use the restroom at any time they feel the need to.

When I dropped Beau off I had forgotten a water bowl and Jess had extra supplies for all my pups needs. During beaus time with Jess I got as many updates as requested and there was very clear communication and a timely response which help kill off the anxiety of leaving my pup! I have a vet on speed dial for any emergency. i have a big backyard and two small dogs who love to play with other dogs and are the sweetest. I can administer meds if you need me to :) HI! Im Ali, im a 29 yr old stay at home mom to a baby and 2 doggies. My dogs are my life so you can expect the same treatment for yours, I spend my whole day with them and include them in everything they want! -I have a big backyard which they have access to anytime they want! (we have a doggie door installed) so they can enjoy the backyard or do their necessities there. -Dogs sleep in the room with us on their bed so we can keep an eye on them and they can sleep safe and warm. -We live in a safe and calm neighborhood so we can go on walks -I feed my dogs twice a day and leave water out all day for them to drink freely -We have a ring camera for security and trusty neighbors -I would love to meet you before dropping your dog off! and you can meet my dogs if you'd like too :) -I send pictures and updates! (As many as you'd like, I dont mind at all: I know its hard being away from our babies) I know how important dogs are to their families! so please let me know any concerns or questions you might have (Im happy to answer!) My backyard is completely fenced and its basically owned by my dogs (they use it freely all day) I dont go out much , so your dog might not spend any time alone whatsoever :) I let my dogs get on my couch but not the bed! they're allowed to be around the house wherever they want. *I prefer potty trained or crate trained dogs (we have a carpet sadly) * My dogs are sterilized, vaccinated and they're super sweet and playful with dogs that like to play. If your dog prefers their own space I can accommodate them, but no aggressive or destructive dogs please.
