I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 3 horses, 3 chickens and 2 boys (age 12 & 15) that will help your pet feel at home and have all the attention they would want. We live on a 50 acre farm. We are the very last place on a dead end road. No traffic and not close to any highway or main roads.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a kid who lived on a little farm. My experience ranges from birds, ferrets, reptiles, & cats, dogs. Animal care has always been something I’m passionate about. I know how important my animals are to me and so I will take the best care of yours while you’re away. I am a full time teacher so pet care is on the evenings most of the time. I can schedule weekends ahead of time and be available all day to let your loved ones outside as needed. During the summer my availability will be wide open! My pets are treated like a member of the family. I think that animals in our care should be shown love and grace because we chose to take care of them.

Thank you Aimee ... Bella WILL return! ???❣”

About: Caring for dogs has been woven into my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by litters of golden retriever puppies, learning from a very young age what it means to nurture, train, and truly understand dogs. From the chaos of wiggly toddlers and clumsy paws to the quiet responsibility of daily care, that early experience shaped a deep respect for dogs as family members, not just pets. It taught me patience, consistency, and how to read a dog’s needs long before they can tell you themselves. Our approach to dog walking and boarding is grounded in that lifelong experience and in a home environment that is calm, loving, and structured. We don’t run a kennel — dogs in our care become part of our household. Walks are attentive and purposeful, playtime is supervised, and downtime is just as valued as activity. We focus on safety, routine, and emotional comfort so dogs feel secure while their families are away. Our home is also filled with life: we have two small, energetic children who adore animals and have been raised to respect them. Because of this, we only accept dogs who are truly kid- and toddler-friendly. In return, dogs get constant companionship, gentle interaction, and a lively but loving environment that mirrors real family life — not isolation or crates all day. Most recently, we said goodbye to our beloved girl, Nabs, who left a deep imprint on our hearts. Caring for her through every stage of life reaffirmed why this work matters so much to us. While we’re still healing, we’re opening our home to other sweet dogs and puppies who need attentive, trustworthy care while their families are away. If you’re looking for someone who treats your dog with experience, empathy, and genuine love, we’d be honored to help. The house in many of the picture is our house in NJ and not in Bella Vista. When I lived there, I used to do rover and those are pictures of many of the pups I took care of :). I work full-time from home, alongside my husband. We both have flexibility to care for, walk, and play with pups throughout the day! I do travel some, but will block my calendar whenever I am out of town. We are accustomed to pet care because we recently lost our Nabs, so we miss taking care of dogs! Many of the photos are of our house in NJ, not the one in Bella Vista. I used to do rover over there and those are pictures of some of the wonderful pups I took care of!! I provide attentive, structured care tailored to each dog’s needs while maintaining a safe, calm routine. In my home, dogs follow a consistent daily rhythm that includes regular walks, supervised play, rest periods, and time enjoying our fully fenced backyard. Physical activity is balanced with downtime so dogs stay both stimulated and relaxed. I am comfortable with crates and can follow a dog’s existing routine, or care for dogs who do not use a crate. For safety and consistency, dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, and any specific behavioral or medical needs. My goal in every setting is to provide reliable, calm, and compassionate care so pets feel secure and well cared for while their families are away.
“Eric was so cute with Coco. He made she she felt special by walking her twice and feeding her lots of snacks. He put up with my changing schedule and was sound about accommodating me. Highly recommend!”

“Bri'Anna did such an amazing job taking care of my dog! A recent rescue dog, my baby needed a lot of extra attention and Bri'Anna did just that! She was wonderful at providing timely communication and lots of pictures and videos. I will absolutely use her again! Thank you so much. Bri'Anna - you are awesome!”

I've worked with all ages from older dogs who need medication and newborn puppies (I've even delivered puppies). I have experience getting timid dogs to trust me. All dog breeds, shapes and sizes are loveable and adorable. I can't wait to spend time with your little one (or big one) and they won't be lonely I have a 8yr old Catahoula mix who was rescued and she loves making new friends! She's very friendly and patient. Please pick us! I work from home which means plenty of time for breaks, walks, and play time. We'll care for your family member as if she/he was our own. :) I work from home and can be very attentive based on your dogs needs. I'm home daily and can make sure all your dogs needs are met. I have a couple dog beds, along with fluffy blankets for them to cozy on up with. Tennis balls for playing and plenty of sticks to chew on.
“Elizabeth was amazing! She sent us pictures and updates throughout the day. She was also super flexible with our timing, which was greatly appreciated! Our pup was sooo happy when we picked him up. We can tell he had such a fun time playing with her dogs. Will 10/10 use Elizabeth again any time we visit Bentonville!”

“Teigan, thank you so much for watching our puppies. You made it easy on them and us and since we were from out of town and needed care for them, it was a great experience. If we’re ever back again and I need somebody I’ll be giving you a call. Thank you so much again.”

“Responded very quickly to a very last minute request to watch our dogs. Provided regular photos and was quick to reply throughout their whole stay. Highly recommend!! Thankful to have found Elsy.”

About: Hello, I own 6 ferrets, 2 cat's, a dog, a snake and a bird. I've owned animals my entire life and love all animals. Im a sucker for big dogs and especially Rottweiler's and Pit bulls. I don't mind house sitting and letting them out multiple times a day and walking them so they don't get to bored or lonely. I'm also happy to scoop litter boxes and play with cats or ferrets (I'm also a sucker for these little heathens). Also more than comfortable feeding any scaley friends. I don't have any problem with any animals, I've never met a dog I didn't love and I'm looking forward to hanging out with your fur babies. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

About: I worked as a dog walker and sitter for 3 years and had my own dog for 16. I’m comfortable with different temperaments, follow routines closely, and pay attention to behavior so things stay consistent and dogs feel settled. I work from home full-time, so I’m around throughout the day. I do teach yoga a few times a week, which takes me away for 2–3 hours at a time. Otherwise, I’m home and present with the dog. I’m in a single-family home with a large (partially fenced) backyard, though I prefer getting dogs out on walks rather than relying on the yard. I live near the Bentonville trails and greenway, so that’s where we go for longer walks - usually in search of the best sniffing spots. No other pets or children in the home. It’s a quiet, non-smoking space. Windows are usually open for fresh air, and there’s a big floor-to-ceiling window where dogs can hang out and watch the calm, quiet street. I’m flexible between sitting at my place or yours, and I can accommodate a crate if needed.
About: Hi! I’m Marissa, a Star Sitter in Bentonville with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and birds. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you trust while you’re away. Whether your pet loves playtime and walks or prefers a quiet companion and extra cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re gone! I’m currently a stay-at-home cat/dog mom, so I have open availability most weekdays and can be flexible with scheduling. I’m able to provide consistent care, attention, and check-ins throughout the day to make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for. I always make sure pets feel safe, calm, and comfortable in their environment. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, and any special needs. I’m very patient and gentle, especially with shy or anxious cats, and I make sure they get attention while also respecting their space. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority.
“I am SO grateful for Makayla!! My two Aussies LOVED spending time with her and her Aussies! She’s an excellent communicator and made me and my pups feel so comfortable and welcome. She loved on my girls like they were her own. I highly recommend Makayla!”

“Professional, reliable, and great with communication throughout. Marci took really good care of Newton, and I always felt he was in good hands. I’d definitely recommend them and would book again.”

About: I have had dogs all my life but have been dog sitting since I was 16 years old for neighbors, family and friends. Frequently asked questions about Rover

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Stella commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 194 sitters in Stella, 90% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
