I have vet experience from my past job as a cattle ranch manger working with large livestock vets and small cat and dogs vets for our cattle dogs and barn cats! I have pet care experience in house cats, small, medium and large size dogs in all ages along with different types of breeds. I would be able to provide any medication needed or other animal vet care needs for your pets! I work local in Bentonville, my work schedule right now is from 6am-12pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday’s. Then 9-4pm Wednesdays and Fridays. Off both Saturday and Sunday! I have 2 long haired dachshund at home! They our are best friends they get walked everyday, fed twice and had water all day. We want them to be well taken care of and be around people. Which is exactly what I do with your pets! Give them a form of exercise everyday either walking them, going outside, or playing with them. I will always be home with them and make sure their water is clean with getting fed at their times with or without mediation. Making sure the routine you have with your pets isn’t taken away from them!

We liked Chelsea immediately and our shy orange boy also walked right up to her during the meet and greet which is always a good sign. “Our three dogs visited with Laura and Nash for two days of doggie day care. They had a blast! They love staying at Laura's and came home both days completely tuckered out. They even had a down day the next day! I was out of town and my husband had all day commitments both days. It was such a relief to have Laura take our pups instead of keeping them kenneled at home. About: I worked as a dog walker and sitter for 3 years and had my own dog for 16. I’m comfortable with different temperaments, follow routines closely, and pay attention to behavior so things stay consistent and dogs feel settled. I work from home full-time, so I’m around throughout the day. I do teach yoga a few times a week, which takes me away for 2–3 hours at a time. Otherwise, I’m home and present with the dog. I’m in a single-family home with a large (partially fenced) backyard, though I prefer getting dogs out on walks rather than relying on the yard. About: I have owned pets my whole life, including domestic and wild pets. Dogs, cats, squirrels, coons and possums if they need me I take them in and give them what they need! Because I am single, semi retired and self-employed I am able to make my own schedule. I can be available seven days a week, 365 days a year! I have a 3 year-old blue heeler rescue male pup and 3 year old male rescue cat and they love each other. As of June 2026 I am under contract to sell my 10 acre glampground and have moved down the road to Jane, MO! BIggie is the glampground pup and interacts with all of the Airbnb guest pets with no problems whatsoever and they typically fall in love with him and bring him inside at night, although he prefers to have the run of the place outside all day and he won’t come in until he’s ready!!!

We have experience caring for puppies as young as 8 week and seniors. We are comfortable administering medications if needed and are familiar with pups who may have seizures. We don’t have any stairs so there is no need to worry about a senior pup who might have hip issues needing to climb stairs. I work full time and my husband works full time as well. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.

I cared for my own from age 3 through 17, which gave me a deep understanding of advanced care needs such as medication administration, bathing, mobility support, doggy diaper care, and hand-feeding. I’m comfortable navigating the sensitivities that can come with new people and aging, including moments of discomfort or food related aggression, and always handle pets with a calm, patient approach. I currently care for two dogs and three cats, which keeps me very in tune with different temperaments, routines, and needs.
