1. Sarah Z.

“Sarah was wonderful with our kids! She kept us updated with photos and was always with them when we asked her to be. We would highly recommend her!”

2. Elishamaria R.

“Elisha did a wonderful job watching my shy pup and two kitties while we were gone for an evening. Although my dog is rather nervous around strangers, my pup ended up sleeping with Elisha during a storm. It gave me great comfort to know my animals were being looked after during the storm and while we were away. Looking forward to having her watch my pets again next week!! Thanks for everything, Elisha!”

3. Tasha H.

“Tasha did a great job dog sitting Nala for me! She was kind, attentive, and caring toward Nala and was willing to work with me on scheduling! It was so nice to be able to go out of town for a night and have peace of mind knowing my girl was being taken care of by a fellow animal lover :)”

4. Ashley M.

“Ashley is awesome!! She hung out with our three dogs for four nights!! She did everything we asked her to do…fed the dogs, let them outside and went out with them. She is a great dog sitter!!”

5. Deborah M.

“Deborah has always been very helpful and was used to watch our animals previously. Upon seeing she was still caring for fur kids she was the first pick for us. We reached out to her as well as others very late in the evening believing the rover app likely sent them an email and we’d just get a response within a few days. Deborah was the first to respond and did so almost immediately after sending the request for her to watch our animals. By the following morning she was already chosen and booked by us. It was one less concern for when the day came for our own vacation. We have chosen to use her as a house sitter both times for our great dane(s) and cat. The first stay she watched two Great Danes one of which required extra care due to his age. Recently he passed she showed how much she cared about him and you could tell she honestly cares very much for the animals she has stayed with. Our female Dane has been taking some preventatives to ensure as she is aging that she is given every opportunity to live a healthy life with less risks of health issues. Deborah is always more than willing to help with any medications or preventatives while we are away. She also continued care for our cat which had been dumped out in our driveway that we decided to provide a home to. That cat also seems to enjoy the care she receives and Deborah also provides pictures and information while caring for them. If there are any questions or concerns she will reach out as a responsible house sitter should to ensure the pet is receiving any/all care as you would want/expect or do yourself has you been home and available. Will definitely book with Deborah again, our animals really enjoy their time with her and the attention she provides them.”

6. chasity h.
“Chasity is very reliable and keeps you informed about your pet while you are away. My dog Cooper just loves her and feels very comfortable around Chasity.”

7. Samantha G.
“Sami is a very reliable and loving pet sitter. She has taken care of our high-maintenance pug (Louise) at various stages of puppyhood, and Louise absolutely adores her. She is very communicative and makes Louise her top priority during visits. She will give lots of updates periodically and when asked, and she will send plenty of pictures too! She didn’t just care for Louise. She also gave her lots of attention and activity. I know she takes care of Louise with the same amount of love that we do. I’ll continue to board with Sami whenever possible.”

8. Jackson S.

“Jackson took good care of our senior dog that required medications and our cat. He was very flexible also as our flight was delayed and we almost didn’t make it home until a day later ! Would use again”

9. Emma V.

About: I've had dogs and cats all my life, I started taking care of them around 9 at the time we only had dogs but eventually we got a cat and then more cats and maintained the amount of dogs we had I'm currently working full time but I'm quitting soon once I find a new job to replace the old job. Hopefully it will be pet sitting My family has 2 full grown Great Danes, and 4 adult cats, It's my responsibility to make sure they are let out multiple times, fed & watered, and cleaned up after. I have also taught our dogs some tricks, like shake, sit, & fist bump.

11. MATTHEW G.

“We had a fantastic experience with Matthew as our dog sitter while we went out to dinner to visit family in Greencastle, Indiana. He watched our two dogs for about 3.5 hours and did an excellent job. Matthew was professional, punctual, and took great care of them. He kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Both dogs were happy and well-cared for when we returned, and it was clear that Matthew genuinely loves animals. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. We’ll definitely be reaching out to him again in the future!”

12. Niyah B.

13. Nina E.

“Nina was so great. I needed a dog sitter on short notice and had heard about Rover through a friend. Nina was kind enough to come over a couple days before to meet my dog Presley and I. She was very responsive and communicative while I was away and everything went smoothly! I really appreciated her coming and staying with Presley. :)”
