“My girl dog, Yzma, had a fantastic stay with Stephanie. S sent lots of pictures and updates and even told me when Yzma got her medications and the one time she refused to eat. I counted the individual meal bags, pills, and dental sticks I provided, and the correct amount of supplies were used, so I know Yzma was fed and medicated appropriately. S also checked in on our house to care for our cats and wet pets. Although there was an issue with the care of the aquatic tanks (wet pets), S listened to my concern patiently and she listened to me openly. S was accountable for her error and explained what happened without making excuses or shifting blame back to me. This really demonstrated maturity, respect, and integrity on Stephanie's part. We talked things through calmly and even shared a warm hug. Although he had a hiccup, S's response and willingness to make things right really stood out to me in a world of lies and finger-pointing. Bottom line, I will trust Stephanie with my beloved pets again, and I recommend her for the care and dedication she showed to my pets. (Note- she also brought in our mail and turned our porch light on at night for safety!)”
