About: I’ve been house-sitting and pet-sitting since high school, and I absolutely love it! Throught my teens I regularly cared for pets and homes for four different families during the summers. I grew up in a big family surrounded by animals- horses, pigs, dogs, and chickens, so caring for pets has always been second nature to me. Now, I have a cat of my own and live with a friendly Husky-Malamute mix. They love people, other animals, and even babies! Whether it’s dogs, cats, or other furry (or feathered) friends, I’m here to provide loving, responsible care while you’re away. I’d love to meet your pets and make sure they feel safe, happy, and entertained! Since I already have a cat and live with a Husky-Malamute, pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I start my day making sure they’re fed, have fresh water, and get some morning attention—whether that’s playtime or a walk Throughout the day, I keep an eye on them, making sure they’re happy and engaged. For dogs, I make sure they get enough exercise and outdoor time, and for cats, I provide play and enrichment to keep them stimulated. If I’m pet-sitting, I adjust my schedule to match the pet’s needs, whether that’s feeding times, walks, or companionship. I love spending time with animals, so it never feels like a chore—just part of my day! I personally always love to hang out with all of them or their common area to keep an eye out, just in case. Even if they can freely wander outside, I will also go outside to hang out and play with them.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a child all the way from administration of medicine to birthing animals on a farm to just feeding and walking and loving on animals. I have had experience with puppies all the way to seniors. I have also helped train animals on and off. I would love to have the chance to be your fur babies next best friend. I am free almost always as I work from home. I work from home and I am free almost always and always can make time for animals. I am free mornings all the way to evenings. I live on a farm in a fenced in yard. My sheep are separated from the other animals but do well around the sheep but I would keep clients animals away. One dog is an outside dog but comes in and one is a full time inside dog. She sleeps with me and loves to go on car rides and both are friendly animals. I have cats who live on the farm but they do there on thing and get along well with other animals. I can follow instructions well if you have a certain way you would like things done.

About: I’ve had personal experience with animals of all kinds for my entire life. I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs, I’ve owned guinea pigs, and handled reptiles. I’ve dog sat many times over the past few years for family and friends. I currently spend a lot of time home and am looking for some extra money. I figured spending that time with animals would make me happiest. I have a cat of my own and I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of grass area for dogs! I have lots of cat toys and comfy places to hang out.
“Yolanda is genuinely fantastic!!! First of all, she’s so kind and you can tell she truly loves animals and people. She came and met our furry family and was very attentive to the details of how to care for them. Prior to our vacation, she checked in and was very communicative and excited to come and stay. I sent a few videos via the app on some updated protocols with the kitty meds, and she was on it! While she was here, she sent sweet pics of our kitties and kept us posted. Our cats are “elders” and needs meds, and she did a great job handling all of it! She left our house spotless and communicated prior to heading out as well. About: Been a proud owner of goats, cats, chickens, reptiles and dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with and cared for livestock and house pets. I am currently working as a veterinary assistant in PV. My schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30/9:00am to 5pm. If your pet is able to be left home while I work then perfect! Otherwise I am fully available for long weekends. :) In my own home I have reptiles and three cats and one older dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet. Any opportunity to play and have some fun, we’re doing it! If they’re more laid back and want to snooze next to me, I will relax with them.

I am home all day everyday and if I need to go out its for no longer than an hour or two! So your pet will not be lonley. I feed my dog in the morning and take him for a walk. Then we come inside and get some chores done. Then we play in the back yard or hop in the pool. Then I feed him again and go for another walk. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
