“We did a one night away and one of our dogs recently had surgery so needed care other than our typical place we go so went with Daniel. He is great with dogs and sends messages and pictures during the time you are gone.”

“Imani went above and beyond taking care of our two large pups. The house was tidy when we came home and they even helped get the snow off the driveway for our return. She sent pictures throughout the stay of the pups and took them on walks and played with them outside in the backyard as well.”

“Jess was wonderful and very caring for my dog Wiley. I got multiple updates a day and she was very thorough. She left my home clean and tidy and I would absolutely recommend her services.”

“Emily and Adam did a fantastic job watching our Newfoundland,Dachshund, and cat when we went on vacation. Emily was very communicative and shared plenty of photos. We felt at ease knowing they were being well taken care of while we were gone. We will definitely be using Emily and Adam in the future!”

“Samantha was great! After reading her other good reviews, we felt she’d be a good choice for our two cats (both friendly, but one is a sneaky wire chewer and needs closer watching). We got daily updates with photos, making us feel good about our cats being safe, and the cats were calm and happy when we got home.”

About: I have had animals since I was a little girl. From mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs and cats- I’ve taken care of them all! Last year I took in my mom’s dog since she moved and couldn’t take her along, so technically this is my first time owning a dog (on my own), but there has always been either a dog or a cat in my home growing up, so I have dealt with it all- accidents, anxiousness, and everything in between. I have also been able to teach my dog some new basic tricks, despite her being 13! I am very patient, determined, and caring. I currently work full time, 2nd shift 3p-11:30pm, so I am available M-F up until 2pm when I need to start getting ready for work. I wake up early and take my dog out right away, then again in about 3ish hours, and then right before I leave for work to ensure that I don’t come home to an accident, and then she potties and eats dinner when I get home. On the weekends, I’m home probably 90% of the time, so we go to the museum, dog park, and for the most part, she runs all of my errands with me! Despite me living in an apartment, I do still have a yard in the front and the back of the building, so if my dog (or yours) isn’t feeling up for a walk (or the weather isn’t great) there is still grass for them to go to the bathroom. I do not mind about my dog being on my furniture- it’s her house too! That is how it would be for your pet too! I also have a small balcony, where me and her sit and hang out for some fresh air.

“Hailey was great! My animals were so comfortable and happy from her being there while I was away. She took great care of them and my home. This is the first time I’ve used a sitter for my pets and home but I would use Hailey again and again!”

About: What sets me apart is my energy, reliability, and heart! As a marathon runner, I can keep up with even the most energetic pups and provide long, engaging walks or runs and active play—perfect for high-energy dogs. As a teacher and coach, I’m incredibly patient, organized, and how to adapt to different needs—which helps me handle everything from playful puppies to older pets who need extra care and attention. I have two dogs and a cat of my own, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your furry family with someone. I’ll love and care for them like they’re my own! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! As a teacher and track coach, I have a structured schedule that allows me to plan ahead and give pets the attention they deserve. I’m an early riser thanks to marathon training, so morning feedings, walks, or playtime are easy for me to fit in. My evenings and weekends are often open, giving me plenty of time for drop-ins, snuggles, or longer visits. Any holiday break or extended weekend is often open as well! The summers are WIDE open since school is closed. I already care for my own two dogs and a cat, so adding more furry friends into my week is something I truly enjoy! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I treat them like family. I maintain their routines as closely as possible, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, and cuddle time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful, reliable, and follow all instructions closely. I make sure your pet feels comfortable, whether that means lots of play or giving them space. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how your furry friend is doing!

“Emma is such a gem! The most patient and caring for our anxious little pup. She also took great care of our home while we were away, and she made everything very smooth and comfortable. She sent lots of adorable pics and bonded well with Freddy! He will miss Auntie Emma :’)”

About: Ive had cats and dogs since I was about 4. I grew up with 2 small dogs and 3 cats. As I got older we adopted 2 larger dogs from a rescue and I rescued 2 strays from outside. Ive good with medication administration as well as being able to care for elderly dogs. I can help keep up with your pets training while you are away as well as taking them for long walks and play times. I currently am a SAHM and have been looking for a way to get out of the house more while also making a little side money. Im available pretty much any day of the week for anything your pet needs! I dont have a fenced yard but I am willing to take your pets for long walks. It is a great form of exercise not only for myself but for your pet as well!
“I was a little apprehensive about leaving my fur babies for 9 days, but Abigail put me completely at ease. She came over and did a meet and greet and was very attentive to the boys. While we were away, she kept in close contact and sent many pictures. When I got back, not only were the boys we'll taken care of, but my house was spotless! I will definitely be using Abigail again and would strongly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a sitter.”

About: I'm a current dog owner of 6 years. I can provide a good walk, administer medication (including insulin), and give lots of pets and cuddles. At home, my dogs expect their morning walk and I'm happy to oblige. I'm available for drop-ins during lunchtime on weekdays as well as the evening. I have weekend flexibility for daytime and evening drop-in visits. I have a fenced-in yard where my two dogs play. They're big fans of playing fetch. I'm not currently accepting in-home boarding of a client's pets.

“Tracey was really great with our dog Norman. She has such a positive attitude and treated Normie like he was her own. She took him on multiple walks, played with him, and sent photo updates, which we loved. She was also very responsive to texts etc. I felt completely at ease knowing Norman was in good hands :) She also fed our fish, took care of our place, and kept it clean. We are hoping to use her in the future as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!”

“Leanne is wonderful! This was our first time using a Pet Sitter, and she really put us at ease. We had to make arrangements at the last minute and she was so flexible, we fit in 2 meetings prior to leaving for our vacation. Our dog is a little anxious and he warmed to her so quickly. He's pushing 75lbs and she handled him beautifully. She followed instructions to a T, and was sending updates and photos before we'd even check in. We were completely comfortable with her in our home, she was incredibly respectful. Highly recommend her!”

Emma did a fantastic job caring for both my dog and my house. She kept in contact everyday letting me know how things were going and sending pictures. My dog can be aggressive on walks but Emma handled her very well. And when I got home my dog was happy and healthy and my house was spotless! I will no doubt use her again!

Jess was great! She was easy to communicate with and made me feel really comfortable leaving my dog with her. My dog can seem all big and bad at first but he is just a big softy once he knows you’re not a threat to him or his family. Jesse was super patient and caring with him and he warmed right up. I loved getting updates and photos—it really put my mind at ease. When I got back, my dog was happy and relaxed. I’d definitely book with her again!

Imani went above and beyond taking care of our two large pups. The house was tidy when we came home and they even helped get the snow off the driveway for our return. She sent pictures throughout the stay of the pups and took them on walks and played with them outside in the backyard as well.

As a 1st time user of Rover, I got super lucky with Brittany! My fur babies abso-freakin-lutely adored her! I got regular updates, and the girls got adventures and training for 'place' and agility games (something they did not understand lol), and Brittany made sure everyone had all the snuggles they could want.

Kate was a great housesitter! She was very respectful of our home and took great care of our dogs. She sent a ton of pictures of them while we were gone too, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Will definitely have her over to watch Kado and Korra again.

Brenda took great care of our Creed while we were away. He had plenty of walks and play time outside and looked so happy in all the pictures. The pictures and updates were great to have as it gave our family peace of mind our boy was well taken care of in our time away.

If you need a reliable pet sitter definitely go with Austin. He took amazing care of our two dogs and three cats while we were away on vacation. He was very communicative giving updates during the week and quick to reply if I asked how things were going. This was my first time using Rover and it was a great experience! I would definitely book Austin again when we take our next vacation.

Cindi is just a life saver! I can't say it any other way. I was so nervous to leave my dogs but Cindi came in and loved on them and cared for them as if they were her own. Such a great feeling of relief knowing they were being cared for so well. I just CAN NOT give her enough high praise. Thank you Cindi, for making our trip possible!
