Dog Walkers in Spring Ridge, LA

About: I’ve taken care of and raised small pets for as long as I can remember, but as I wasn’t able to have a dog of my own as a child, I’ve always taken every opportunity to babysit my older siblings’ and aunts’ dogs whenever they needed ever since I was 15 years old. I’ve now raised and trained my own two dogs from puppies (one is 4.5 years old and the other is 3.5 years old) and I also adopted my sister’s dog permanently, who is a senior (9.5 years old). I’m currently in nursing school, so my schedule is flexible around my classes! Since I’m in school Monday through Friday, I don’t work currently, so taking care of dogs is the only thing I do right now outside of school. And, as of right now, I am available any day of the week! I do have clinicals Monday through Wednesday, so those are the only days I am busy for more than 6 hours during the day, and wouldn’t be able to check on pups who would need more frequent care. Otherwise, I have plenty of spare time to spend helping take care of your pets! I am willing to follow any rules that you have in taking care of your fur babies in your home; I am comfortable with using crates, letting them out to play and potty at certain times, and following feeding guidelines, as well as anything else your dog needs! I have experience walking more than one dog at a time as well, up to 3! My own dogs are also very large, and tend to pull on the leash, so I can handle strong, non leash-trained dogs.

About: I am a lover of all animals, but most of all, I LOVE dogs. I will not only walk your dog, but I will love your dog. Big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, wild dogs, handicapped dogs, sick dogs; I love them all. Dogs love me and I love them. I am just one big ball of sunshine when it comes to those furry creatures.☺️ But more about me: I am currently a full-time student at Louisiana Tech at which I study psychology 🤓 When I am not in class, I am either studying or playing with my friends’ dogs. About: I work with Chimpanzees at Chimp Haven! I also have two amazing cats named Bellion and Kid! In addition I also have a bearded dragon named Thor. I have had animals since I was 3 and I have been caring for animals since then. I have experience walk training dogs and I have plenty of regular training experience as well. I use to volunteer with multiple dog and cat no kill shelters where I would walk, play, and groom with both dogs and cats. I would also go to events and communicate with potential adopters for these dogs, as I did these events I would be walk training the dogs so that when they get adopted they would know! I do work a full time job from 7am-4pm every day. My evenings are completely free and I currently have Saturdays and Sundays off from work so I am free all day on those days to help train or walk pets! Since my evenings are free I can check up or even stay the night to take care of your babies! My cats and lizard are very spoiled in our home. They get fed twice a day and plenty of love and play time. I absolutely adore animals and I want to make sure your pets are taken care of while you're at work or vacation!

About: I have had 2 golden retrievers in the last 15 years, currently a 3 year old and a previous dog that lived 10 year. I have taken care of old dogs and puppies and love all dogs! I am not working so I will be able to be at home whenever needed. I have a 8-5 job that is less than a mile from my house so I can run home for any reason. Almost never work on the weekends. I live in Broadmoor with a fenced in backyard. I have a 3 year old golden retriever that is playful and would love to have a friend!

About: I am currently a pre med graduate and absolutely love animals. I have had different kinds of pets ranging from beta fish to holland lop bunnies and never met one I didn’t like. I am currently working a part time job with a very flexible schedule, so I can be available whenever needed to watch after your pets. I will care you for dog in the most comfortable place they can be: your home. This way, they will not have the additional stress of adjusting to a new environment.

About: I have had all kinds of dogs since I was born. Also worked as a vet tech for 5 years. I love animals and want to take care of animals. I am not working so I have all the time. I do have to pick my kids up from school and take them to school everyday. But can't wait to start watching your fur baby. I have a very friendly big dog for your fur baby to play with. About: I’m a military member waiting to continue my training. I would love to spend my time playing and walking pets. I have had a dog since I was 5 years old and a cat since I was 7. I love all animals dearly. I worked through Rover at my last assignment as well! My week days are typically very free and I can be available on a moments notice. I can plan ahead to be available on weekends as well. I unfortunately cannot take animals into my home but promise to respect your home and your pets. All animals deserve a loving home and I would never want to disrupt that.

About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. My house has no carpet so accidental pet messes can be cleaned easily. I have my own transportation to house sit or dog walk any time I am needed. Thank you for considering me for taking care of your pets I currently work full time split shifts so I can take care of animals between shifts before shifts and after shifts. I have reliable transportation to and from also I have a large fenced in back yard and I currently work in the animal field so I am trained on medication management and also have vet tech experience.

About: I am a huge animal lover. I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, a bearded dragon, a snail and a fish. I love to play fetch with my doggies and love on my kitties. Our bearded dragon is a blast to feed and watch crawl all over the floor. My pets are not pets, they are family. The sleep in my bed and are treated like one of my kids. We love our animals so much when we my kids talk to them they call them bubba and sissy. I absolutely love being around animals. I know how it is to be away from home and wonder how my babies are doing or wish I was home to walk them or take them out to potty so I would love to help other pet owners and give them a piece of mind that their babies are in great hands!!!

About: I’ve been around and taken care of plenty of dogs since I was little. I certainly have the basic skills to feed, walk, and care for dogs. Ontop of that, I can give medication orally or though shots if needed while you’re away. I have had plenty of experience dealing with dogs and all that comes along with having one. I love animals and enjoy taking care of them and all that comes along with that! I have to clean up after my own dogs and make sure their basic needs are met everyday. This is a task I am responsible of to make sure they are kept happy and healthy! I take the dogs outside to the bathroom or to play as well as giving them water daily. Our yard is fenced in and the animals can not get out. Our dogs know better than to get into things but at time stuff does happen so I make sure nothing is being messed up or chewed into etc. I would do the same for your home just as if it were mine.

About: Having a farm of my own that includes dogs, cats, parrots, reptiles, chickens, horses, goats, and donkeys I have all of the experience needed to care for your dear pets! I have 8 years experience working in a fast paced equine training facility unsupervised. I have a passion for all animals and am detail oriented. I have experience with special needs animals and am willing to give them the care they need and deserve. I also have military base access! I am available 7 days a day in the morning at 6am and afternoon into early evening. I work part time Tuesday thru Sunday from 7am until noon but am available any time before or after until 7pm (or later with prior warning) I am experienced in walking, administering medication, bathing, cleaning up after the animal, and running pets to any appointments they have. I will happily play with your animals to burn off all the energy they have.

About: I’ve had my own dogs as well as taking care of other’s pets. I work mostly from home, so I have a lot of time to commit to your fur babies. I work from home as a self employed musician. I have all of the time in the world. This works best for owners who have to leave from long periods of time. I have a three bedroom apartment with one vacant room for the dog and only one roommate who is practically family. We already have bedding and toys and treats for potential stays.

About: I’ve taken care of many peoples pets in the past few years. I have three sweet babies of my own and use to work at the Humane Society where my knowledge and live for animals deepened. I can be relied on to walk feed, check in on or watch your fur baby! I am currently a college student and wife that has a lot of flexibility in my daily schedule to care and tend to your pets needs. I also have military base access. I will treat each and every four baby as my own. Trust is so important and I promise to be reliable and dependable for you and your pet when you need me!
